Total 5 star customer service. This review is for the store on Farmington Ave in West Hartford. I was greeted immediately and then met with Jae. Ok, Where do I begin.... Jae was beyond helpful. I came in with a waterlogged, smashed phone and he went right to work...after spending (hours) Jae managed to transfer all my contacts and photos to my new cell. He was extremely clever and knowledgeable, also so patient with a great "can do" attitude that immediately put me at ease. And I felt 100% confident he was determined to help. He also took the time to answer many questions I had regarding my new phone, tablet apps and how to do some basic troubleshooting. A true professional. Simply outstanding customer service experience! Thank you Jae!

I went to Verizon last night to help my boyfriend switch from AT&T. Immediately upon arrival to the store, Connor K. provided us with the best service. He was very knowledgeable about which plan would be best for us, along with informing us about upgrading our phones. We left the store with 2 new phones and an IPad! Loved the experience from start to finish. I’m glad to say that I am a Verizon customer. Thanks Connor!

I got mixed information. I was told that I needed to wait for the same rep that helped me the first time and they were on vacation or not at the store when they said they were going to be. They messed up my account really bad. I now am going to go with ATT. I heard they have better representatives.

I came in for a charger and the staff were very attentive and eager to help me find what I needed. I was allowed to have it charge in the store for awhile as well! 5 Stars!

I went to this store to get a new phone. I worked with a sales rep named Will. He was very helpful and patient. I recommend everyone go to this Verizon store if they need a new phone!

Bishop's Corner Manager Yohan went above and beyond with customer service. His assistance was timely and greatly appreciated. Additionally, he offered valuable advice and comparisons while discussing our new cell phone purchasing. He helped us to make a final decision, thoughtfully. We are greatly pleased with his service and the employees at this location. Corey was also extremely helpful in finalizing our work together. We highly recommend this location to customers.

Awful experience. The manager was rude, he did not offer us any help, it was one of the worst customer service experiences we have ever received. You do not want to work with this store. We could not believe how dismissive and uninterested the manager was. Once we left, we could see him smiling on his cell phone at his desk. He was clearly more interested on his own phone than helping us. We were going to buy two new iphones as well. Lost business!
