Best auto parts store in Dover, Delaware (DE) 2024

We were scheduled to move 6/30/2022 We rented a 26 foot truck a week before our move. I had a bad feeling and called U-Haul twice before the day of the move. We showed up on site at 7am to pick up the truck. The app told us we had to wait until the store opened even though I chose 24 hour service. I called customer service to see what was going on. I was on the phone for 40 minutes just to be told they didn’t have the truck we ordered, and not only that didn’t have ANY truck available for us in a 30 mile radius. They had to cancel our truck because the customers that had rented the truck before us hadn’t returned it. Which they knew days prior, and never told us. Even though I called twice before moving day! I’m honestly disgusted with U-Haul, and would never recommend or use them in the future. Thank you Penske for picking up where U-Haul severely dropped the ball! ~Kristen

This dealership is so bad they should have their license revoked by Toyota. My car was towed here for service on a Sunday. They let me know it's "fixed" on Monday. Wednesday OF THE SAME WEEK rolls around and the same issue happens. My car FREAKS out while driving on a highway almost causing a MAJOR car accident. I lost ABS, power steering, and traction control all at once. I call to talk to their service manager about this and he proceeds to tell me that their "Master" technicians did an incredible job and that it was perfect when leaving their dealership. If they did a perfect job then why am I ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD FOR THE SAME PROBLEM. This dealer never apologized or offered assistance in any way. They told me that this was all my problem. If you care about your own safety or the safety of others DO NOT get your car serviced here because I can guarantee you they do not. Oh and P.S. just for fun they broke my car key while it was being serviced. A+++ job guys!! ~John
