I'm likely to switch pharmacy's soon. They just can't provide my medicine that I need to take everyday in a timely fashion. It's a shame because I like coming here in general. It's never on the same day the prescription is sent and I only get enough until refill day comes. Closed on weekends and close early overall now too. update: I've switched pharmacies and my prescription has been filled within an hour of my appointment every time. Was indeed a pharmacy issue, and not an issue with my doctor not sending it in time as they said. I'm not sure if they are overworked but I took my prescription elsewhere so I hope that helps lighten the load. I'll still shop the store in general. ~Jamie

I had a back tooth extracted yesterday, the entire process took about 20 minutes, from the numbing to the extraction. The Dr. is really cool, he has this calming spirit that makes you feel safe. The entire staff, is soo pleasant, and welcoming. The name fits their culture, because it defiantly felt like family, and they are professional at the same time. I will be recommending them to anyone I come across. ~Gwen

Mitch is the best mechanic in Delaware. Period. I've been going to him for years with both my business and my personal vehicles, and he has always been nothing but fair, honest, and efficient. He goes "the extra mile" too, doing the little things that most mechanics don't do anymore, such as hand-tightening lug nuts so they don't get stripped. I recently had to replace the transmission on my Subaru Outback, and Mitch and Bob not only worked to find me one that I could afford, but then Mitch even came in on the weekend to finish the installation. If I could give more stars I would. Highly recommended. ~Karen

Poor service, walked in to put some gas in my car and an old lady was in front of her register, ON HER PHONE while I was patiently waiting. It took a nice lady to come from from her register and ask what I needed and I told her, gave the money to her because she helped me and the lady who was just on her phone took the money out of my hand without saying a word to me, again. This isn’t the first time either, I’ve came here before and gotten the same treatment from the SAME lady. ~2226

JEROME IS THE MAN!!! I wanted to thank Jerome at the The Shopping Mall storage facility in Townsend, DE for being the nicest and most customer service oriented person that I had the pleasure of doing business with in a long time. He was punctual with our planned appointment to tour the facility and he was very accommodating to my 1.5 yr old daughter that I had with me. The facility as a whole was very clean and very easy to navigate through. Jerome showed us a 10x10 storage space (per my request) that was clean and easy to access as well. Jerome also wore a mask the whole time I saw him per The Storage Mall's guidelines for employees. Overall it was an excellent experience and I'm glad to be giving them my business! ~Jerzy
