Mitch is the best mechanic in Delaware. Period. I've been going to him for years with both my business and my personal vehicles, and he has always been nothing but fair, honest, and efficient. He goes "the extra mile" too, doing the little things that most mechanics don't do anymore, such as hand-tightening lug nuts so they don't get stripped. I recently had to replace the transmission on my Subaru Outback, and Mitch and Bob not only worked to find me one that I could afford, but then Mitch even came in on the weekend to finish the installation. If I could give more stars I would. Highly recommended.

I take both my personal and work vehicles to Auto-Tech and have been doing so for around 15 years. The cost and quality of the work is great and the customer service is excellent. I can't thank them enough for their flexibility and willingness to work with me through multiple jobs that required a quick turnaround.

There is no other place my family and I would go. Mitch has always given it to me straight, going through potential problems, how to fix them, and what the bottom line would look like all ahead of time. When all the work has been done he always goes through the work he did and will tell you if there is anything that could cause trouble down the line. At the end of the day, the prices are fair and the workmanship is outstanding.

Horrible service!!!!!!!!!! Kept my truck for 2 weeks! Told me I needed a starter. Ordered the part and they lost it!!! Had to order another part and be with out my truck for even longer! I paid $500 to get it “fixed” drove 20 mins from the shop just to have my truck break down on the highway. I called the shop to tell them I was stuck on the highway and after just paying them $500 for a new starter which they claimed I needed! The guy asked was the car over heating and did I hit something which it was not and I did not because I literally just left their lot and drove down rt 13 and got on the highway! He said he’d send a tow truck and he’d be there in an hour in a half. I said sir it’s 10am in the morning I am on the highway in 90 degree weather with 4 children one being 4 months and it’s very hot. He said well I’m in my office and I’m very hot too so I don’t know what You want me to do about it in VERY nasty tone. I immediately got up set because how dare you compare me breaking down on the high way with my kids after paying all this money to Get my truck fixed To you sitting in your office! How ignorant and disrespectful! He gets loud with me telling me he’s trying to help me and I just have to deal with it and wait because now I’m getting Loud with him (of course I was because I’m upset over what he just said) and he doesn’t want to hear it and then hung up on me. I called back told him how rude that was and how dare he act like this after they messed my truck up and that I would be there after the tow truck came and I wanted my money back or my car fixed. They get my car tell me I have to wait because they are busy with other cars (and I still have my children with me). I told them to fix my car or give me my money back!! The guy (short white male with slicked back hair and bald on top) just stares Arnold me with this smirk telling me I have to wait and he won’t give me my money back! I left because I had my children with me. They called my husband after finally looking at my truck now tell me my fuel pump is busted and they say the pump burst cause we are out of gas which was a LIE! I had a half a tank and 156 miles on my truck to drive before needing gas! I’ve had my truck for 3 years I know when it needs gas. they show my husband an empty tank claiming that’s how it came back to them! (LIES) They then say they need to check more things and see what’s going on. We leave again and I called several times the rest of that day and they would not answer! I drove by and they were gone and the gate was locked! The next day they would not answer until I used someone else’s phone to call them. They said it was another $600 to get my car fixed!!! They locked my car in their gate and kept it all weekend with out allowing us to get it. Monday morning my husband goes there and they give him a full diagnostic report (which they never did in the 2 weeks they had my truck) with all these problems and on top of that my engine light is now on and my truck is ripped apart even the seats are out! They claim they threw out the “broken parts” They refused to give my husband our keys unless he paid them $600 dollars more to fix it. Now my truck is missing parts that they removed and we can’t even drive it unless they “fix” it!!! We ended up having to call the police and will now have to sue them!!!!! These men are scammers and do not know how to fix cars AT ALL! They took my whole truck apart even removing the seats! I have a 2010 Infiniti QX56 and they did not know what they were doing AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!! My truck is now all jacked up and I have a report that says it will be thousands of dollars to now get it fixed!!!! I am so very upset and I suggest never taking your car to these scammer EVER!! I would give no stars if I was able too!!!

Do not take your vehicle here!!! These guys must have a shop for a hobby because they can not fix cars!! Customer service is horrible especially towards women. They will destroy your car pretending to fix it and then try and charge you for their mistakes! Stay away from this place if you value your car!

They are extremely pleasant very friendly and they have exceptional customer service. The pricing is fair and you always get a human that answers the phone. Bob was so informative he knows his stuff and Mitch did wonders on my car. Would send all my friends and family don't miss this unique shop it is hard to see if you aren't looking on 23rd 13 You will miss out!!!
