We used AAA Pet Resort back in November. They were AWESOME! We dealt with Natalya for the most part. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. So much so that after we dropped off our dog and were preparing to leave for our trip, we realized we’d forgotten about our daughter’s Guinea Pig. We’d only recently adopted it as a pet and failed to realize we needed boarding for it as well. After a brief call at just about close of business, and a brief discussion between Jorge & Natalya, she said to bring the Guinea Pig on in. It was a first for them and us. It was a great help! They provide an awesome service and do a wonderful job! We will definitely be using them again soon! Thank you Natalya, Jorge, and family. ~Joseph

The store is decent compared to others, but I have to say that I'm very frustrated with this specific store. There is nothing but self checkout lines with maybe 1 or 2 teenage employees that just sit there texting and don't acknowledge the people who need help which then cause back ups of lines. Florida is like 80% retired people and they are still learning self checkout so you can expect 1 out of 3 people needing help with checking out. Not to mention that they almost never have packages of chicken at their store. This really needs to be fixed. ~Lily

The Worst Experience, I was attended by a girl who did not know much, she asked her partner everything. I have always used direct deposit, this year she placed a check "Without asking" and that cannot be changed until next year. And as an extra they didn't give us the $ 50 that they offered my husband to come and take me as a reference. (According to the person who had the cash, it was not there) "I hope they will improve for next year although we will not return again." My husband's experience was not very successful but he does not like to waste time in qualifying, so by chance I found his address again and did not miss the opportunity to let him know that they should improve. ~ANDREINA

This location is absolutely HORRIBLE. It is always dirty and disgusting and evening staff, including the evening manager I think her name is Che is incredibly ride and disinterested. Every time I try to go for frozen yogurt the machines are not working either not filled, broken or off for what an employee said to me was that they get tired of cleaning up after the customers. I can go in random times of the day and they are always down. Sometimes if I go at like 7 Pm they will have the off for the night yet people can come buy alcohol and lottery but frozen yogurt is such a huge problem for them. WHAT?!?! God forbid they take precious time way from standing around and doing nothing. Please get out of customer service if you don't want to be there. I work in customer service and I would be fired if I acted like this. And treat EVERYONE equally. Not just your own kind. I am not the kind to write negative reviews but this happens constantly no matter how many chances I try to give them. 99% of the time I walk in and out since it looks the same as the previous times. I won't bother anymore. It's a waste of time. Too bad too Swirl World is a slam dunk and has a lot of potential if you had better employees. ~Kristen

They know I buy a certain candy bar in large quantities, so they keep some back for me. They also will let me call in an order at different times of the day. There is certain breakfast foods I like so they will cook it, as long as I pick it up. The ladies are extremely helpful. However, there is one that I think is quite rude, she had handled cash money then went to touch my food without washing her hands, when I requested for her to do so she got angry. I'm disabled with serious medical issues I can get sick very easy with cross contamination. If your a male she's all for it. She will go over and above for the men she flirts with. While I'm a female if I talk to the men she flirts with you can see the anger in her body language as well as her tone. This is a place of work not a dating service. ~Michele

I had a tire that was leaking bad and pulled in here and asked how much a patch would be. The gentleman helping me told me it would be $15-20 (we were speaking Spanish; he's from Cuba). He pulled the tire off and did the bubble test to find that it was coming from the rim. After he patched it and put the tire back, he only charged me $10. Great, fast service! ~Chad
