Best appliance store in Cape Coral, Florida (FL) 2024

I am writing this review to bring to light how unprofessional and inconsiderate this store is. I am currently up to date on all of my payments, however Friday night on a long night I lost my belongings and was obligated to cancel my cards. Being that my payments are on auto pay, my Saturday payment didn’t go through. I have Dale, and other employees herrasing me all day for a 78 dollar payment threatening to pick up my merchandise as if I’m 30 days late. Very unprofessional, and Inconsiderate to people and what can happen to people on a day to day basis. All there employees like to put the blame on “ higher ups “. Again, 2 days late on a payment due to me waiting on my new debit card and i am being herrassed as if I’m 30days late. will never purchase from this store again. LOVE:JONATHAN GARCIA. 🙏🏻 ~Jonathan

Idk yet.. I hope it turns out better than how it's started. 1st. I want a washer. They had to order mine, no washers anywhere??!! Hmm. And have to wait over a week. Which will be Monday. A HOLIDAY WEEKEND. ~Lorraine
