I am writing this review to bring to light how unprofessional and inconsiderate this store is. I am currently up to date on all of my payments, however Friday night on a long night I lost my belongings and was obligated to cancel my cards. Being that my payments are on auto pay, my Saturday payment didn’t go through. I have Dale, and other employees herrasing me all day for a 78 dollar payment threatening to pick up my merchandise as if I’m 30 days late. Very unprofessional, and Inconsiderate to people and what can happen to people on a day to day basis. All there employees like to put the blame on “ higher ups “. Again, 2 days late on a payment due to me waiting on my new debit card and i am being herrassed as if I’m 30days late. will never purchase from this store again. LOVE:JONATHAN GARCIA. 🙏🏻

I went to pay off my tv today. I wasn't feeling well and sent my 14 year old to pay it off. She told the clerk she wanted to pay off the tv but he only charged her monthly payment so she asked if it was paid off and hd said oh you wanted it paid off? And charged her the next months pay off. I called Dale said there was nothing he could do. So i was overcharged 88.00!

The manager dale or whatever his name is charged me 343.00 made me negative in my account when I told them I want to pay weekly... now I’m screwed thanks to him

I have purchased several items from this location ranging from TV's to an Apple watch and even the laptop I'm currently writing this review from. I have had nothing but EXCELLENT customer service from the moment I walked through the door. All the staff there has made the process so easy and simple.. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!! KUDDOS!!!

OMG this place really needs to train their delivery people better!!!! Most horrible delivery experience of my life!!!! I'm not going to go into the problems, yes problemS plural!!!! Steer very clear!!!! I expected much better from the leading rental company.

If I could put zero stars I would they are so nice at first. But now they are harassing me over my ex's account that I was never on so I turned in what I had in less then a month because I didn't want to deal with calls over someone else's account. Now today they showed up at my house I do not answer anymore because I have no business with them. The store manager carmen opened my door that's when my husband ran out asking them what business they have opening our door. They flipped us off while yelling other rude and offensive language at us.

I got a 65" tv from them, paid it off within 6 months, received Certificate of ownership, and now they are stating I stole the item. Do not waste your time with this company at all. Save your money and go to Aarons or Buddy's. Aaron's has amazing customer service. At RAC they will threaten and harass you. And I was never late on a payment.

If you have to get anything from here, just ask for a list of repo items and pick from it. If it isn't on the list, go to Arron's, better pricing and better product.

I really like the staff here. Very friendly and they really take time to get to know their customers. When I first went in here it was with my boyfriend and he actually swore at an employee there and stormed out of the store out of frustration he had about a TV situation. He showed back up a week later still needing a TV and the guy remembered who he was but didn't hold it against him. Now they laugh and crack jokes every time he goes in to pay his bill and he let's us know when really good deals are going on. I'd recommend this place, very happy environment and nice furniture.

I went in the cape store to rent a sofa and TV they did not have sofa but one if the other stores did long store short they deliver the items 2 days later it had maggods and ants I called for them to pick it up it took them all most a week to do then to top that off they call me for a payment that is not do for a nother week and I do have pictures of everything now no furniture now and are fighting there bugs they left me I will be calling wink TV and corporate idid call the DM he was no good they just don't care
