I have gotten many items with this company and normally have no issues. However we recently started a lease, actually 2 and we returned 1 because this particular team of associates does not have their stuff together. I have spoken 4 times now in 1 week to members of the team and get different stories each time about my payment. After speaking with the store manager today stating payment would be made on the 31st thought everything was good until I see my email and see they attempted to process an automatic payment this evening(for the incorrect amount at that) instead of the 31st on top of me seeing a payment scheduled for Jan 15th for an amount that makes no sense what so ever!!!! Will NEVER return here again after this is said and done!!!

The first month I rented from them, they tried charging me three months worth! Then, I missed one payment! Told them I would be all caught up by the 15th! They said ok! Next thing I know, there is a knock at my door and they were at my house ready to take back my stuff! Is it the 15th? No! It's the 6th! They are crooks! Their company is corrupt! The people that work there are rude and nasty! Their system is a total sham! I strongly urge every one to never rent from there! See how far they go with no business!

My experience with Aaron’s was awesome starting from sales associate mr Jose I was greeted right away very pleasant young man. Had acknowledgement of all his merchandise.thumbs up for Jose. As far the delivery it was also great I will highly recommend Aaron’s.

There's to let everybody know that this Aaron's is good that they're correct your problems when the problems occur the South manager and the manager will help you out as much as they could. A dead upround I will call corporate and fix it for you as quickly as they could.

Worst place to ever get furniture from . If I could give 0 stars, I would ! My loveseat was broken in a matter of a couple months . Horrible quality furniture ! I called them about the issue, it took almost 2 weeks for anyone in that store to acknowledge my issue . When I finally did reach someone, he was supposed to get back to me the following day, never did! Called again and Jeff, the general manager was very nasty and was blaming me for breaking my loveseat, even though I have no small children, no one was jumping on it as it is barely used because I live alone ! I will NEVER buy from this place again . They won't replace anything if it is broken!!! BUYER BEWARE !!!

Absolutely horrible communication skills as well as verifying information is correct before a consumer comes in. This is in regard to the del Prado location in Cape Coral,fl. Let’s not forget their electronics (PS4 consoles) are either refurbished or used in general. First one (5 years) ago completely dies in 13 months. The second one most recently has a hard drive completely fail in 90 days, rendering the unit unusable. Now with another one in hand and less then 24 hours later is also having issues, this time with the controller. What kind of garbage is this company pushing?!? Get your act together, or your business will continue to loose customers, myself included whom is very close...

Be very careful with this company. This store has changed management and it is not the same anymore. It is much much worse. We ordered a fridge and it got delivered yesterday. The delivery guys literally pulled and pushed it through my front lanai door then pulled it through the front door, failing to remove the screws on the doors that hold the handles, so the screws put huge gouges and scratches on the wood door molding and scratched the paint down to the metal on the actual door. Then in the living room I noticed a dent about the size of a quarter on the freezer door, the guy said, "I noticed that in the driveway but I thought you already knew because you picked it out in the store." As if the customer goes into the warehouse to pick out the actual fridge. So he calls the marvelous "Jeff the manager". Jeff asks to talk to me to offer some bogus "100 off" and tells me that he has no idea how the dent got there because he "loaded that fridge himself." Hmmm. Jeff told me he could have a new fridge to me by NEXT Tues. I have 3 kids and his offer is that I can have a fridge in 8 days. As if it couldn't be worse, the guys then squeeze the fridge back out both doors, then drop it as it twisted off the cart, landing on my lanai door, bending the alluminum so the door doesn't close right and crushing 4 plants in the flower bed which will all most likely die as it completely fell to the ground. Jeff told me some BS that he was going to have some Aaron's professionals to come fix everything. No thanks. We decided to go to Lowe's today, remember we have 3 kids, and bought a better fridge at a much better price. If you can do business anywhere else, I strongly suggest you do it. They were not sorry, nor remorseful at all. I called to cancel my lease today and Jeff said, "Ok. It's cancelled." No sorry. No effort to make it right. No tact. No customer service. Too bad 1-star is as low as the rating goes.

I was told one price online and then another price when I went into the store to pick out my products. Now I pay a completely different price! Not sure why my total is about $100 more than what it was at the beginning. They also call me about 3-4 times a day to see when I am going to make my next payment. I have actually started looking at other places to rent from! Very unhappy
