Best bank in Davenport, Florida (FL) 2024

Customer Service is not good at all. My mom has been a customer since last year and I have to go with her, because she is elderly. And wow! What a change from her previous bank. I don’t usually leave negative comments, but this need to be done. Need to improve customer service. Those tellers behind the counter are so rude… and btw My mom had problems with my her deposit form because they filled it out wrong… what a mess of a bank. I don’t recommend this bank in general. ~Clementine

Horrible staffing. Managers do not care about their tellers and customers. I use ATM all the time, but needed a human for a transaction. Waited in line 25 minutes to do a 3 minute transaction. Think also about employees there, the workload is enormous, but of course all will be blamed to labor shortage. I do not experience that at any Chase branches. At least they called me to ask for my feedback and assured that they would take care of this. That is why i changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars ~Tony
