Customer Service is not good at all. My mom has been a customer since last year and I have to go with her, because she is elderly. And wow! What a change from her previous bank. I don’t usually leave negative comments, but this need to be done. Need to improve customer service. Those tellers behind the counter are so rude… and btw My mom had problems with my her deposit form because they filled it out wrong… what a mess of a bank. I don’t recommend this bank in general.

Terribly slow and one of the tellers that I frequently see at the drive through is very rude. Worst Suntrust (now Truist) that I have ever used in 30 years of business and personal banking.

I have been banking in this bank since 2006 and in the past 6 years there service has dropped dramatically. You go this bank and they are so slow the most of the people waiting for an official get up and leaves without the service including me quite a few times. You call there customer service and you need to make sure you have at least 1 hour off to take care of the issue. I just called and waited for 50 minutes had to dropped the call to solve something else. I called back and waited 45 more minutes and they never answered. In 2006 I tried to purchase a home they denied me with me having great job and great credit which I could not understand. One week later another bank approved me fast. I tried purchasing a vehicle also got denied went to WF bank and I was approved the same day. What is wrong with this bank... I will switch banks this year because I am tired of dealing with so much incompetence.

This particular branch has the worst staff I have ever dealt with. Went to put money in my account and the staff is to incompetent to handle the job. Nor were they capable of opening my account 2 weeks prior. This branch either needs to be closed due to the fact they are hurting the reputation for the brand, or they need to retrain the people or fire them. Again worst bank branch ever.

Passing through town, needed quarters to do my laundry. Stood in line for 10 minutes while 3 tellers conferred with the one customer ahead of me. When one of them finally called me forward, I passed her a $20.00 dollar bill and asked for 2 rolls of quarters, only to be told they couldn’t do any transactions if I didn’t have an account. I spoke to the manager to voice my dissatisfaction. She agreed with me that this was not good service, but also refused. “It’s our policy, OK?” No it’s not OK! I’ve got your new slogan: “SunTrust, the bank too important to break a twenty!”

I've tried calling the branch numerous times but no one picks up the phone. I've tried calling them first thing in the morning but I get a message stating their opening times....I wouldnt mind this message BUT I CALLED WHEN THEY WERE OPEN. Completely incompetent. I will be closing my account via another branch. Advise all to bank elsewhere.

I've been banking for roughly a decade at Suntrust and like this bank. The location itself is relatively new, and staff is courteous. I've had no issue at this particular branch, with long waits unlike what i get with my CHASE accounts. I have yet to experience any ATM problems either, so for me, I'm satisfied with their service provided. 5 stars.

Always have to go here because of work. It is the slowest bank I have ever been too. Nice people but waiting 30 minutes to deposit money is ridiculous... they lose my deposit slips all the time. To run any business you need the records of how much was deposited and what day. But when they lose those records is ridiculous.
