Terrible branch! Average waiting time 20 minutes. Was on the phone last week about documents needed to open account for my son- no one cared to say that appointment is needed; when to the branch today and the very same person told me that she told me so...if this was the case I would have had an appointment...Apparently they live with the idea that they are perfect...On top of it the branch was empty...

Horrible staffing. Managers do not care about their tellers and customers. I use ATM all the time, but needed a human for a transaction. Waited in line 25 minutes to do a 3 minute transaction. Think also about employees there, the workload is enormous, but of course all will be blamed to labor shortage. I do not experience that at any Chase branches. At least they called me to ask for my feedback and assured that they would take care of this. That is why i changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars

Worat service of any bank anywhere. You come in person because they will not answer the phone. So you need to get an appointment in person to come back in person. Got one. For today. Banker it was with is not here for appt now.

Worst customer service ain’t time u don’t wait not even fro a question I’ve banked with TD bank switch it when I moved here to florida cause closes bank to me so I don’t have travel that far now I don’t travel. But always a long wait it’s just unreal the process of Wells Fargo .

We had an appointment. We got there and were seen right away. Bethine was super nice and informative. She took the time to walk us through everything and even show us where on their website we could find some great financial education resources. Super appreciative of her friendly service, patience and time.

Pretty bad. Had an appointment to open a business account. No one said anything when you walk in so we just sat down. We had to stop someone to ask them about our appointment. The lines are very long. The employees are very busy. The place is dead silent.

I've been to this bank multiple times to deposit money and have not had any issues. I deposited loose change twice before with no rejection whatsoever. For some reason the lady who I spoke with decided to get an attitude with me and proceeded to tell me to count the change myself and they don't accept loose change. Okay so if that is the case why would you accept my change the first two times then? Very rude customer service. PS. If you have an attitude all the time why get a job in customer service? Will most likely end up going to a different bank.
