Love their food but they got my order wrong and got a little bit of an attitude with me about it and didn't even give me the extra chicken nuggets that I got with the meal deal

Used the app to order. After entering and waiting for food it took them 10 minutes to get around to looking for my food, tried to give me someone’s order, finally found mine which had been sitting there all along. The mobile orders are behind the counter where you can’t get to them. After finally getting the one sandwich I ordered and leaving to meet my daughter I find that my French dip sandwich didn’t have the au jus dip with it ! All in all a most unsatisfactory transaction. Employees seemed lethargic and uninterested in being there.

The drive thru guy had an attitude. Asked how much after he mumbled & he shuts the window & walks away & the other guy putting ice in the machine kelp looking at us laughing. I know they were talking junk where we couldn't hear them. After we finally payed we realized he shorted us an order, iBooks receit & walked back to window showing my recent & the guy wouldn't open window & just standing there looking at me so I slid window open to tell him the problem & then the manager came right up & he was very hateful to me telling me not to open the window. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food in my 50 years of life. We didn't even want the food due to worried about what they could have done to it.

Was a lil disappointed in how lil and inconsistent they are with the amount of meat went on the sandwiches. A couple didn't have much at all , one was almost all bun. One had the proper amount 👌 on it. One of 6 sandwiches was correct.

Food is cold went through drive-thru and asked Specifically for a side of red ranch and she said ok they don't care I did not get it... worst customer service

Stopped here on the way back from Greenville. We went to the one in Goldsboro. Staff is always friendly and the food is always great.

I got dinner from here, I ordered chicken bites and did not get them but I did get the sauce I requested not that I could use it. I also got a fountain drink for my brother ( a mountain berry power aid) and he ended up throwing up. Overall, I am not satisfied with arbys this trip making pay for things I never received and their fountain drinks making my brother sick.

I have allways loved Arby's, Not anymore. Today I ordered online 30 minutes ahead of when I needed to pick up. 50 minutes later my order was ready. The crew behind the counter was so mixed up that the manager who had a terriabler attitude and I see why but that is a nono... got mad and slung her clipboard across the floor behind the counter. You guy's need more training and more staff, 6 people doing drive through, walkin, Door dash and online. Buy the way that New Wagu burger! Don't waste your Money, I ate half and threw the rest in the trash. A McDonals McDouble has 10 times more flavor and juice than this stuff has, it was Horrible considering what I paid. I advised my office to skip this and go elsewhere. Arby's 'You lost a customer for good. Going back to Mackie-d's.

I always go to arbys and today I ordered my usual salad and wrap! 1st off my order was completely wrong. When I tried to tell the manager about it he had a nasty attitude and tried to tell me I was wrong. So instead of fussing with him I kindly told him to have a good day!! I will be calling corporate and never going back

This particular visit was a little bit less than ok. The food was acceptable for the most part. My daughter in laws chknbacon Swiss sandwich had a blonde hair in it. They respectfully replaced her food. The cashier was not personable at all. Sort of like a robot taking our order, also, she was rushing us to complete or order even though we were the only ones waiting to order. It will be a while before I return to this location again.
