Best van rental agency in Doral, Florida (FL) 2024

I have been a customer for a very long time before this issue happened. Most of the people there were very pleasant and helpful, but in one occasion when I returned the car, she asked for my card to return the deposit, but I never recorded it. There were no issues with the car, so I was guaranteed to get my deposit, she specifically said that she refunded me. She told me to wait a week, I checked in my bank account after a week and notice that it’s still not there. I called back many times and she kept insisting that she sent it, so I showed her my bank account where there were no refunds from them. Then she told me that she was working on the issue with corporate, still nothing, I called corporate and this guy said that I would be refunded, still nothing! I called for months and they still haven’t refunded me my deposit. It’s pretty bad when the manager has an attitude because you are trying to get your money back. Her and the guy from corporate are the only ones that I’ve had issues with. ~Jody
