Do not come to this office- they only have one person, it takes more than an hour to get the rental car even if you have a reservation already. Customer service horrible

The representative Alonso, was extremely helpful and accommodating. There were no cars at the time we got there but then he immediately called to get us a car.

Called made reservation and when I arrived that had no vehicles and a lobby full of people waiting for cars. They do not understand the point of "reservation" do not go here trust me. Waste of time

I have been a customer for a very long time before this issue happened. Most of the people there were very pleasant and helpful, but in one occasion when I returned the car, she asked for my card to return the deposit, but I never recorded it. There were no issues with the car, so I was guaranteed to get my deposit, she specifically said that she refunded me. She told me to wait a week, I checked in my bank account after a week and notice that it’s still not there. I called back many times and she kept insisting that she sent it, so I showed her my bank account where there were no refunds from them. Then she told me that she was working on the issue with corporate, still nothing, I called corporate and this guy said that I would be refunded, still nothing! I called for months and they still haven’t refunded me my deposit. It’s pretty bad when the manager has an attitude because you are trying to get your money back. Her and the guy from corporate are the only ones that I’ve had issues with.

Professional ,friendly and courteous staff. Had some difficulty at the start with a car that seemed to have a mechanical fault, I was immediately given a different car. Good Work to the staff ! Drove the car for two weeks and had a great time !

The worst place I’ve ever visited if I could give this 0 stars I would, so disrespected coming from a supposedly new manager that works there doesn’t know how to deal with customers lied to me about something that my husband had said and it was all lies after this case is done I’ll definitely be posting pictures of everything felt very disrespected, he was even asking clients there to please help him out and give him all stars when they were telling him they were not pleased with the service there! do not I repeat do not go to this place go somewhere else Do not trust the guy on the picture supposedly a manager everything he says is lies

Terrible customer service. Received a dirty car that had transmission vibrations. Refused to give me another car. Had to come back a second time demanding a replacement vehicle. Second vehicle I received was equally as dirty. Go elsewhere. I will be gifting my enterprise points and will no longer use their services.
