Opened a business account and started getting a $15 fee on every incoming wire transfer. Didn't want to pay the fee so started requesting checks, but then when you deposit the checks they put a hold on them. Suntrust was always laughably bad and Truist is just more of the same. ~Todd

When they say the friendliest bank in town, they mean it! All the ladies in there were very welcoming and professional while also funny and charming to spend time with. I opened several accounts here and plan on sticking with them. ~Brio

Started account before my child was born to give to her at age 18. Every year 1-3x, I have , mysterious charges appear $100-338 at a time. I do not use her account to shop online. I mainly use it to pay daycare. The paperwork and time it takes to get your money back when IT shouldn’t have happened to begin with is frustrating. For a bank, they have some sorry security measures and I will be banking elsewhere. With a bank that actually cares about its customers and has protective measures. ~Neoashau

It's historically been a good bank for us but in recent months, the customer service (on the phone and in the drive thru) has left a lot to be desired. I thought the first few times were just a fluke since they had always been nice and helpful in the past but it hasn't gotten any better and two phone calls today have further proven that to me. We recently started doing the bulk of our banking at our other bank (a credit union) because they are always very helpful and nice and we are thinking of switching to our other bank for all accounts and banking needs since this seems to be an acceptable and permanent change with FCB. ~Cotton

Tried to stop in for drinks and snacks at 8 pm on a Monday. The cashier was outside smoking talking to someone, had the door locked, store closed and a crowd of people waiting to to in, and told me "give me a minute, damn" Needless to say, won't be stopping in there again. ~cassy
