Best car rental agency in Jupiter, Florida (FL) 2024

After picking up a car at the Avis at Fort Lauderdale Airport, I noticed that there were issues with the brakes and did not feel safe driving it. I notified their customer service and was advised to take it to a nearby Avis where I was staying, which was this one. Big mistake! There was only one person there who was rude and condescending. He advised he had to save the cars he had and the safety of this vehicle was not his problem. After pressing, he sent me to Pep Boys because they have an account there. However, the pep boys was unable to help because I did not work for Avis. I ended up having to drive an unsafe vehicle 30 minutes away because of this. ~Micah
