Solid 2.5 stars. They are improving though and could easily be 3.5 stars. The coffee n tea taps are a unique plus, especially the NITRO infused selections. I tried the nitro infused cold brew coffee. It came out of the tap very nicely but the taste needs work. Attention 7-11; please don’t sit back and allow these taps to flop. Get some taste testers. Please tweak the recipes so that they succeed. This is a high grade idea. Some areas, like the ice dispenser, are a mess. See pic. A number of protein n dairy drinks were out of stock. See pic. Overall the store is clean. Got my covid booster done here. Process was smooth and the attendant was friendly. Overall they do a good job with the vaccinations. You need to book in advance. There was no cost for the booster. ~Cheyenne

I don’t know what is considered in the available at 7 eleven 24 seven means because hot items are not available at night late even upon request this is not the practice of other 7-Eleven‘s because if you want certain items they will be more than happy to heat them for you this 7-Eleven does their way. Not very customer friendly. The person working there is very nice but when you ask them for food items they say the machines are turned off and they cannot make anything I find that strange every 7-Eleven that I’ve ever been to has food items around the clock. That makes this 7-Eleven just a gas station not impressed whatsoever. ~Daniel

I would rate this 4? Stars however, after ordering some rice with my meal I realized that the rice is very stale. I couldn't eat it. Be cautious of the food here as it could be mishandled. ~Matthew

I used to avoid coming to this location in the past years due to rude customer service for some reason. I know customers can be so rude too however professionalism is achieved when we don't take things personal and not let it out on the next customer because of a pervious nasty customer. Lately, I noticed they are hiring more pleasant, patient, and professional staff. Kudos to Ariana who helped me on the weekend with my multiple transactions at the self service register. She was patient, professional, pleasant, respectful, very helpful, fast and excellent at multi-tasking. Thank you my dear for helping me and for making the difficult so easy. ~Rizan

You have some lazy workers there! Your night worker she is lazy , she sees cups all over my son walks in and she decides to argue with him telling him to pick up the cups he said he is not and he’s also NOT GOING TO TOUCH THOSE CUPS WITH HIS HANDS , so this location is Nasty As well! As soon as my husband questions as to why she is arguing with a KID that we always go there and never have a problem except when she is there she says then maybe you need to find another location??!!! My husband replied NO YOU NEED TO FIND ANOTHER JOB! So on that note you have an employee that needs to be fired or your location will have less sales 👍🏽 ~Kimberly

In my opinion this is the best store in Old Town. They not only had drinks and snacks, they also had so many great things to look at. Fun clothing and hats. Great signs for your house or garage. Lots of great stuff. ~Creating

Dropped prescription off and said would be ready in like 3 hours. Go back in 3 hours 5:30pm on a Thursday and the pharmacy was CLOSED. Called other Walgreens and yeah they never put my slips in the system and I can’t get them filled at another Walgreens cause I didn’t have slips and my doctors was closed. Ridiculous! No calls to customers or nothing. Glad it’s not life or death ~David

This was a great experience from beginning to end! My husband found the PERFECT RV on-line and sent an inquiry. We quickly received a call from Frank Santiago who agreed to meet with us that weekend. We drove up from Miami and were not disappointed. The RV was prepped and ready for pick up the following week. We cannot say enough about Frank’s assistance!
