Owners harass you if you don't vacuum before you throw trash away. Normal people do it the other way. If you dont like emptying trash bins you shouldnt work at a gas station. ~Randal

My experience usually great however tonight I was upset leaving out with money instead of gas or snacks. First I was so happy they had a full order of rack of red velvet donuts and normally they clean out quick went early but lady ad self aerved donut caae zip tied and when I asked if I could purchase she replied she was not selling them till later. Like when did that start where they refused money and happy customers products. Then nobody could check out using plastic so nobody was leaving satisfied. Fix whatever policy changed sales of my favs due to what time it is and the system down, unacceptable we have no other stores in area open so that 711 is essential. ~Gina

I just want to say the 7-Eleven off of 2707 highway 92 lakeland fl. 33801. Ripped my husband off $83 in winning tickets they pocket the money and I pray this message gets to the managers or the supervisors because your night crew is stealing from your customers every night. This is not the first time they have done this but it sure will be the last. I am a supervisor and I would never steal from my customers so if I were a manager or supervisor at 7-Eleven I sure would look into the cameras and watch them. ~Heather

Went in on Monday Memorial day with an issue on how to remove the hose clamp on my bottom radiator hose in order to change the coolant and had great help from team member Ashley. When often times the associate is occupied with other things besides what you are needing help with Ashley took the time to help me in every way possible. We didn't get the problem resolved but regardless she totally went above and beyond to help me. She is a sweetheart and total professional and I will gladly do business with her again. ~Fred1977
