Best cell phone store in Ocala, Florida (FL) 2024

Randy was amazing sales rep. He went literally above and beyond to take care of my exchange.. the entire event took approx 2 hours to complete due to regular foot traffic and slight hiccups that were not the stores fault. Mark went above and beyond helping me get the right product for the right price. He even stayed happily after hours to make sure the process was cut and dried. I called about selling my Xbox 360 games and they told me that they still bought them. So I drove the 20 mins to the mall, they scan them and only can take a few which is no big deal, but what they didn't tell me was that the money was mostly for store credit. I would have gotten $38.61 for the few games they took but after getting the membership brought it to like $28.61. That amount was for in-store credit and if I wanted cash the price dropped all the way down to like $8-$9...I think that is absolutely crazy and they failed to mention that on the phone or even before I went through the whole process at the store ..it was a waste of time and had they been forth coming about how it worked with the exchange rate i never would have bothered!! ~Edward
