I called about selling my Xbox 360 games and they told me that they still bought them. So I drove the 20 mins to the mall, they scan them and only can take a few which is no big deal, but what they didn't tell me was that the money was mostly for store credit. I would have gotten $38.61 for the few games they took but after getting the membership brought it to like $28.61. That amount was for in-store credit and if I wanted cash the price dropped all the way down to like $8-$9...I think that is absolutely crazy and they failed to mention that on the phone or even before I went through the whole process at the store ..it was a waste of time and had they been forth coming about how it worked with the exchange rate i never would have bothered!!

It's Gamestop. Small and filled with video games and Funko Pops. :-) Stopped in to look around while waiting for my girls to finish some back to school shopping. Game selection seemed decent. Especially their used games.

Found a cute Jerry Seinfeld POP for a last minute gift. However, a customer at the register was blabbing about an online gamer travesty with the cashier so it took longer than it should of to check out.The other store clerk was at the other register in oblivion and didn't help the matter either. But the store is well stocked and organized.

Typical mall Gamestop location. The store is fairly small, but they still carry a nice variety of new and used merchandise, and collectibles. The main issue is that there never seems to be enough staff, but I've found that to be a problem with this chain in general.

Great place for good deals on games. Great service. But why open at 12.00..I know gamers stay up all night But some people like to get up and get things done before Noon.

Adam at gamestop was great. He was extremely knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions. Also reminded us about accessories, games and Nintendo online. All of which we would have left without and not able to play our new console. Thanks Adam!

Not worth going to unless it is the last possible option for picking something up. Yes it may be convenient because it is inside the mall but the customer service you will receive is pretty much on a "Game Over" screen and I wouldn't recommend getting any gift cards from this store, the guy behind the counter didn't know how to work the register properly and had to literally throw away an entire stack of Ebay gift cards and offered a simple apology to the lady buying them and a half an apology to everyone waiting in line. No warranties were offered to anyone.
