I think the woman’s name was Cassandra that helped me today. She was super sweet and super quick helping me with getting my number transferred and my phone activated. Very knowledgeable and eloquently spoken. Amazing :)

I had the best experience I've ever had at any Verizon location today. I broke my phone & when I came in Tony got straight to work explaining my options. This isn't my 1st experience with him. Last month my charging port stopped working & he gave me an excellent recommendation where to get it fixed. That day I witnessed him going above & beyond to assist a senior citizen struggling to learn new technology. I would highly recommend this location. When you stop in ask for Tony!

I am very impressed with quality work and patience today by Arionna and Cassandra. I was distraught my life line phone was not working at all and the tab had many mistakes I had made in my futile attempt to fix my phone. I am now going home with the the surity of having 24 hour reliablle Verizon coverage.

I stopped in at this Verizon store after buying a phone at the Verizon store on College Road next to Chick-fil-A. They had given me directions on how to transfer the data from my old phone to my new phone, put it in a bag and sent me off. Something wasn't working correctly and I wasn't able to transfer the data. I spent a few hours on it. I then called Verizon 800 number and talked to them for an hour with no luck. I then took both phones back the next day to the Verizon store on College Road to ask them for help. Instead of saying "of course, let's see how we can help you", they told me everything they couldn't do to help me. One of them being "we can't transfer the data for you, we can get it started, but you'll have to do it at home". Neither of the women I was talking to even asked to take a look at the phones. I left this store very frustrated and went to the Verizon Wireless store on Silver Springs Blvd. They were very nice and accommodating and I explained to Brian everything that had happened and he took the time to fix the phone and get all my data transferred to the new phone. I will be making the Verizon Wireless Zone my Verizon store from now on!

Cassandra was so helpful and just incredibly welcoming. She was very knowledgeable and helped me find everything I needed without having to spend my whole day in the store like I normally would at other Verizon locations. I would 10/10 recommend visiting this location for all your phone needs!
