The manager that works at this location is very rude and nasty she is also a racist I have had a issue with her before however I got to the store because it’s within walking distance to my home I try to get in and get out today I purchased some fabric softener the top was not closed right on the softener she was the one who bagged it up and put it in the bag when I got home it spilled all over my car when I took it back she refused to give me a refund saying I should have checked the top wow really I left the softer at the store because it was 1/2 gone at this poi t and this is a $11 items HORRIBLE HORRIBLE NASTY WOMEN ~Maritza

The postman delivers mail always talking on his phone, no wonder i keep loosing my packages, the solution? he said…. contact the seller. It’s ur responsibility to do your job well done!!!! ~Tanya

Worst post office. Delivery issues and when I call to inquire or notify them of issues, they retaliate. They changed the locks on my mailbox without my request two days ago. No one will tell me why, only that their maintenance guy will call me back. I asked when he will call back and am told they don't know, only that they passed the message on. No urgency that I haven't had access to my mail for two days. Don't know who has the keys to mailbox or who has access to my mailbox. I had to sign up for Informed Delivery because I would go a week sometimes two with no mail at all, not even junk mail. After I signed up for it, I get mail nearly everyday. Eight weeks ago I saw through Informed delivery that my W2's were to be delivered. When I didn't receive them 3 days later I called. They said there was nothing they could do. I had to wait 7 days before they could investigate. Day 6 they arrived, opened. I live in a mobile home park with centralized mailboxes. Eight weeks ago, the delivery person left the entire back of the boxes opened and exposed. Could be seen from the highway. This was on a Saturday so no one could come lock it until Monday and we had no way of locking it. They showed no concern or urgency for the matter. ~Jennifer

I’ve grown up in Marion Oaks and I have been going to dollar general here since before I can remember every time I’ve gone the employees have been as sweet as can be but today Lisa at the front had some kind of attitude. I had some things in my hand so I just placed them on the counter as best I could without dropping anything. When I asked her how she was doing today she said “I would be better if you would stop placing things down all the way over there” I’d placed everything on the counter in front of her. I guess it was just too much work for her to reach her arm out to ring everything up. I usually try my best to make people who are in customer service as comfortable as possible because I know they deal with some rough people throughout the day but whatever she may be going through that bothers her to the point where she has to be snarky to the customers is not a good look. The only reason I even gave two Stars was because of the service I’ve gotten in the past because Lisa made me so uncomfortable that I almost left What I had bought sitting right there. ~Lilia

Limited stores...the Dillard selection is poor...better bargains in Ocala store. The food court is nothing like it used to be. Depressing that half the mall is an eye surgery center....😵‍💫 ~Sherry

This dollar tree store is a 500% store. It's clean inside and out the shelves are well stocked and the staff is very helpful and pleasant. Great place to shop. ~Katherine

So clean, a tremendous organization of everything we need, found everything we need it. The people are friendly, we were treated like family. We will continue to go there! ~Mery
