Worst post office. Delivery issues and when I call to inquire or notify them of issues, they retaliate. They changed the locks on my mailbox without my request two days ago. No one will tell me why, only that their maintenance guy will call me back. I asked when he will call back and am told they don't know, only that they passed the message on. No urgency that I haven't had access to my mail for two days. Don't know who has the keys to mailbox or who has access to my mailbox. I had to sign up for Informed Delivery because I would go a week sometimes two with no mail at all, not even junk mail. After I signed up for it, I get mail nearly everyday. Eight weeks ago I saw through Informed delivery that my W2's were to be delivered. When I didn't receive them 3 days later I called. They said there was nothing they could do. I had to wait 7 days before they could investigate. Day 6 they arrived, opened. I live in a mobile home park with centralized mailboxes. Eight weeks ago, the delivery person left the entire back of the boxes opened and exposed. Could be seen from the highway. This was on a Saturday so no one could come lock it until Monday and we had no way of locking it. They showed no concern or urgency for the matter. ~Jennifer
