A fantastic branch! Been using this location for years! I love the counter clerks whom have been there as long as I can remember. They are always polite, always smiling, and always informative. The one in 1st Ave is aweful!

Went to the Maricamp, silver springs shores location to drop off my moms mothersday card to be sent out, i asked the clerk to tape the card becuase it seemed to not be sticking properly , left the card with her and my mom never received her 50.00 gift card that was inside. I thought it wos be safer this way, but very wrong

Honestly I wish I could give this place zero stars. I have been contacting them over and over they never answer the phone. I was only able to speak to someone twice during the last 28 days. It rings and rings until it finally starts beeping and hangs up. All I want is my mail. I have made several service requests and several missing mail reports. After about the 6th report they just close the report. And nothing has been accomplished.

The postman delivers mail always talking on his phone, no wonder i keep loosing my packages, the solution? he said…. contact the seller. It’s ur responsibility to do your job well done!!!!

Very friedly, respectful, and helpful people, never had any issues what so ever any time I’ve entered here. All the complaints of people who gave this location low ratings are ridiculous they complaining about delivery services, which again I’ve never had issues but delivery and the staff that work are two different sets of group working for the same branch. Estimated deliveries doesn’t actually mean that’s the date you will receive your packages it’s a guesstimate you might receive it earlier or sometimes even later some of ya are to entitled grow up stop miserable and lying to make businesses look bad because you are miserable!

Very disappointed with this post office in Ocala. I get off of work at 4:30pm and rush to get 1 piece of mail sent out. I got to the post office at 4:56pm and asked for what type of envelope I should be using and the woman told me which envelope to use. I quickly filled out the envelope in front of her which was right in front of the mailman who puts the stamp on it and tried to handed to him. He ignored me. I finally got his attention and he then said it's 5:02pm and I'm closed. This is ridiculous. I WAS IN FRONT OF HIM BY 5PM!!!!! I get it, you want to leave but why watch me fill this envelope out and then after waiting for a min or 2 for you to acknowledge me, say I'm closed. It was so important for me to mail this today. Now I understand why you guys have such bad ratings!!!

Mail never comes on time anymore the new mail carries are lazy and don’t wanna drop of packages sometimes. Theres only one older guy who's really nice and understanding. The workers inside are slow and rude probably because their mad they work at the post office.

Worst post office in the history of the US Postal Service. Packages and mail lost half the time, delivered to the wrong address the other half. Half the mail I receive is addressed to a different street and number. They won't answer phone calls, and refuse to help if you show up in person. In five years they have never made any effort to fix a single one of their countless mistakes costing me time, money, and endless frustration. I have resorted to having packages delivered to people who live in other offices' areas so that I can at least have a chance of receiving my mail. An absolute stain on the USPS.

No wonder they are losing business. Worst service ever. Mail didn't get deliver because they didn't even bother knock and says recipient ask to hold the mail. Lazy mail courier.
