Best car rental agency in Pensacola, Florida (FL) 2024

Understanding that right now there is a shortage of everything. I am still disappointed that I could be told to pick up a car at a certain time and it not be ready. If I was to bring a car back late I would be penalized and have to pay extra but the car not being ready when I was there to pick it up was all on me and I had to wait. To make matters worse when there was an issues with the car there was no replacement. All available cars were for incoming customers instead of taking care of current customers. The service and organization at this location is very poor. ~RVPeak
