Trevor was VERY helpful! I had a last minute change of plans and he got me into a rental. He went above and beyond to make sure that my plans were not interrupted and made sure I had a safe & clean vehicle for my kids. I will definitely be back to this location for future needs!

I booked an appointment over the phone the day before and scheduled a pickup. I had to schedule an appointment because I had to take my car to the shop. On the phone a male worker told me to bring my debit card, Drivers License and my military ID and I will be able to rent a car. When I got there the lady at the front desk said I can’t rent the car because I need a copy of my orders. They did not say that on the phone when I booked the appointment, if they did I would have been able to bring them.It also did not say that on the email confirmation on my appointment either, and I had my appointment scheduled with Kia at 12 and needed a car because they have to hold my car for 2-3 weeks. The lady was very rude almost as if she was trying not to smile about the situation. I asked if I could talk to someone else and she never let me talk to anyone. So I had to rent a hotel for the night because I wasn’t able to rent anymore cars for the same day. All of this would have been afforded if they just told me what to bring before I drove an hour away with a bad engine. Seems like the workers there either needs to be trained better or fired. Never again am I renting from enterprise especially this one.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service, very rude in tone, no care what so ever for the customer . They young lady with blond hair was extremely rude and uninterested.

Extremely trying times for the enterprise rental car Branches. 500 miles from home My vehicle engine light goes on. Enterprise roadside assistance need to re evaluate Customer service Roadside service was going To Tow the vehicle Without any confirmation of receiving a new vehicle. In other words I had no transportation No branches within a 100 miles had any vehicles to replace mine. I would have been left stranded. Except for this branch they did what they could to find me a vehicle. Very cooperative and understanding

All 3 of the staff I dealt with were kind, pleasant and efficient! Warning: I called the national number when I made the reservation, and they told me they would pick me up. They don't pick you up since covid!!! Call the store, not the reservation number.

Understanding that right now there is a shortage of everything. I am still disappointed that I could be told to pick up a car at a certain time and it not be ready. If I was to bring a car back late I would be penalized and have to pay extra but the car not being ready when I was there to pick it up was all on me and I had to wait. To make matters worse when there was an issues with the car there was no replacement. All available cars were for incoming customers instead of taking care of current customers. The service and organization at this location is very poor.

I would highly recommend. We had a good experience from start to finish . Vehicle was clean and ran well, entire transaction was easy . Victoria and Morgan are the two that helped us throughout the whole process . Next time I am in need of a rental, I’m hopeful that Victoria is still working there . Thank you !

The insurance company of the gentlemen who hit my car selected Enterprise to provide me with a rental car while mine was being repaired, and I am so glad they did! I dropped my car off at the auto body shop and walked down to this location because it was so close. When I arrived, Jim tried to help me, but there had been some error when selecting my pickup time and there wasn't a car for me till two days later. I needed to get myself to work and I had no back up plan. I was stressed, but Jim offered me several options at other locations and I thanked him and started to leave. Once he saw that I was about to walk home (again, foolish of me, but I had no backup plan), he ran out after me and said he had just had word someone was returning a car and if I could wait a few minutes he would have it cleaned for me. I was relieved and sat and waited inside. I listened as all the employees treated everyone who came in with respect and let me tell you, some of those customers were odd and some were downright rude. Not one Enterprise employee was ever rude back and treated every person with respect even on the phone. Eventually my car was ready and Jim walked me through the process. When it was time to return the vehicle, the Enterprise Team continued to be amazing! That day it was pouring, and my plan was still to walk down to the auto body shop. I had a little poncho and umbrella, so I thought it would be okay. Austin and the lovely lady in the office whose name I didn't quite catch wouldn't hear of it! Even though they had a lot going on, they insisted, and Austin drove me and another woman who was returning to our repair shops so that we wouldn't have to deal with all that rain. My experience was amazing and if I ever need to rent a car, I'll check with Enterprise first, and hopefully, with the Q street team!

This is location practices coercion with a smile. The friendliest robbery I’ve ever experienced. My auto insurance company booked a rental car from here for me, paid for 7 days of rental fees and insured the rental car as well. My personal car had been totaled by an unlicensed driver who ran a red light and hit my car. Even though the employees at this location were well informed of the situation, and knew that I had good insurance, they used illegal tactics to upsell their extra insurance, and flat stated that “if this car is damaged, even if it’s not your fault, and your auto insurance pays for all the damage costs, YOU will continue to be charged the daily rental fee for this car until all repairs are complete by our body shop in addition to the repair costs. That could be a month or more of daily rental fees that we will bill you directly that we know insurance won’t cover.” These tactics are illegal, and my next call is going to be to my insurance company to inform them of this so they can drop this location from their list.
