Employee Zachary is so helpful and very caring. I was in a crisis and this man operates as if he is in the trenches with the customer. He deserves consideration from higher-ups whenever a raise or promotion is available. He should be overseeing the new hire training, because service like this does not exist anymore... and I'm not easy to deal with. Thank you! The color was perfect. The previous color match was unavailable in the county's system, by phone number, by order number, by paint cans ordered at the same time as before, and paint was on a fine'powder dry wall. My husband and I needed to have our kitchen remodeled because our condo didn’t come with a dishwasher or a place to put one. We signed the paperwork and set everything up in May. In May we were told 6-8 weeks until our kitchen is done. That would have put us, at the latest, in the first week of August. We are now in the first week of November and my kitchen only has cabinets installed. No countertops, no sink, no dishwasher, no backsplash, and none of that can be done without the countertops. Im beyond fed up. I’ve been so calm and nice about it, but now I’m being told that my kitchen still won’t be done before Thanksgiving! I won’t be able to cook my family Thanksgiving dinner this year. I still haven’t had a call from management to make it right. They know I’m upset, they just don’t care. I won’t be using Home Depot for either of our bathroom remodeling and I’ll be making sure none of my family or friends do either. ~Ashley
