Being able to locate things in store from the website is pretty handy considering you never find an associate unless you don't need one. I still like Lowe's better but they are pretty equal.

Wait for them to cut the board for me forever . They told me I need to wait 5-10 mins before they start and finish their work but after 20 mins they are still working on the phone to texting with someone . Really bad customer service at all . Finally they cut it for me after 44mins , shame on them homedepot employees who alway want to get pay more but lazy work

Absolutely love Home Depot's products and selection but they have got to start hiring better staff. It really deters not only myself but many people I know from shopping here anymore. Most recently, Marie, in the home appliances department was either having a bad day or needs to be retrained on basic customer service skills. The amount of times we had to repeat ourselves on the product we needed, e-mail, name, etc was absolutely ridiculous. She verbally confirmed the information to which we said "yes" just to be asked the same information less than 3 minutes later and her say "I don't have that". Not only was she blatantly not listening the first time, she took 3 separate personal calls on her cell phone in the middle of our transaction. I understand if an emergency call came in, by all means, but multiple personal calls when you're taking 30+ minutes to purchase 1 appliance?? Also mentioned 2 separate times that we were interested in applying for a credit card and that we did NOT need installation. Get all the way to the end of the transaction and what do you know? She yet again, had the $150 installation fee on there, did not have the $50 discount applied for the credit card, and did not have the credit card application pulled up. Backtracked for the 100th time to finally get to the application and she insisted that you MUST consent to the marketing and solicitation via email and phone calls to be approved for the card. We then informed her that's not legal and not at all how credit card approval works. She then proceeded to say she selects it for all the ones she has done and that you will be denied if you don't select yes. We still selected "No" as like most people, didn't want to receive numerous phone calls and emails from credit solicitors. What do you know? Got approved of course. Marie wished us to have a great day in the highest pitch sarcastic voice I've ever heard. Long story short, I never expect "speedy" service but when someone makes you repeat yourself over and over, just to STILL have the wrong information? Could it be that she took so many calls for her food that she wasn't paying attention? I think so. If her personal life was more important at the time, then take a break and get someone else to fill in. There's no reason it should've taken 36 minutes to purchase 1 appliance. Do better, Home Depot.

Went to go get a drill, only to find that the one I was looking for was packaged on the very top shelf of an aisle and wrapped in a pallet. The staff immediately went and got a forklift to get the pallet down just to get my one item I wanted. That is great customer service, and I'll specifically come back to this location because of this experience.

It always amazes me how the only person at a home depot to approach you is the one taking a survey. I came in today looking for drainage pipe 4" hard pipe for a drainage project I am working on not only did they not have the 4" pipe I was looking for the black flexible non perforated pipe was buried underneath the guy assembling grills for home depot. The rain season is coming up and people need to deal with flood mitigation. Seems like an excellent time to take a valuable floor space putting together grills. I am very very disappointed in this home depot today

After 40 years of wanting a Weber grill I was thrilled to finally purchase one from from Home Depot, Pinellas Park. They even honored a price match from Amazon! Sadly the regulator was defective...so I called and customer service said I'd have to bring it back, I had no way to load it up to return. I asked to speak with a manager and I got "Bill". Wow! What a gem, he didnt hesitate to help, he promised to get an associate to either bring a new grill or bring a replacement part. The next day I received a call from an extremely polite associate he told me someone would assemble the Grill and bring it the next afternoon. Next day around 11:30, two very nice Home Depot employees showed up with a replacement Weber, took it to my screened room and hooked it up to the tank. These men were so nice and really went out of their way so I wish to thank them as well. Great customer service, highly recommend

I needed to have a key made, it wasn't very crowded. I had no idea where they did the keys, I asked the girls at the front where did they make the keys? They told me at tool's. I walk there, looking around a very nice employee told me to give her a minute and she'd be right there. She came back she was very nice a helpful I had a different type key 🔑 she said she wasn't sure if it would work! Just get one for now see if it works. It worked great. Thank you.

Although a large store, it's easy to locate departments due to large overhead signs. Each isle also has signs to help shoppers find the product being searched. Need help? Staff is typically easy to find and almost always knowledgable, helpful, and will gladly take you to the product, even helps with choosing the correct product to better serve your needs. Customer service like this is VERY rare.

I love Home Depot, the are one of the most complete store. Everytime that I'm looking to do a project and I go to home depot I find everything. Staff it's great 👍 the store it's always clean and organized. I just love it. 100% recommend

My husband and I needed to have our kitchen remodeled because our condo didn’t come with a dishwasher or a place to put one. We signed the paperwork and set everything up in May. In May we were told 6-8 weeks until our kitchen is done. That would have put us, at the latest, in the first week of August. We are now in the first week of November and my kitchen only has cabinets installed. No countertops, no sink, no dishwasher, no backsplash, and none of that can be done without the countertops. Im beyond fed up. I’ve been so calm and nice about it, but now I’m being told that my kitchen still won’t be done before Thanksgiving! I won’t be able to cook my family Thanksgiving dinner this year. I still haven’t had a call from management to make it right. They know I’m upset, they just don’t care. I won’t be using Home Depot for either of our bathroom remodeling and I’ll be making sure none of my family or friends do either.
