Crossfit CVI has been my home away from home. All the coaches are amazing. Here you will learn everything from nutrition to the correct movents from begginer to masters. I am about to be on my second year here and I have lost and maintainned a healthy weight. It has been a hard journey but the coaches are there to help you every step of the way. My advice to people reading this that are interested in crossfit is to not let people talk you out of it. You do not have to know crossfit to start doing it. Crossfit adapts to you. Everyone can do this with a correct diet and the discipline yo be healthy. Coaches will be there to help you achieve your goals and so much more. ~Ninoshka

Not a bad gym just hits too many of my personal pet peeves. The biggest one being that dumbbells are never put back in their correct position (all out of order, not kept in pairs) and a lot of them are not labeled with their weight (it happens with age, understandable. But it’s not hard for staff to take a sharpie and write it on there either) Last thing I want to do on a drop set is stop for 5 minutes to search for the next weight and I don’t believe in claiming 8-10 DB’s before starting my set. I see this more as a fault of the gym members and not the staff. Members should respect the gym more, (if you’re too lazy to put it back where it goes then you shouldn’t use it) but there could be a little more effort from staff to encourage proper etiquette. ~Kyle
