Crossfit CVI has been my home away from home. All the coaches are amazing. Here you will learn everything from nutrition to the correct movents from begginer to masters. I am about to be on my second year here and I have lost and maintainned a healthy weight. It has been a hard journey but the coaches are there to help you every step of the way. My advice to people reading this that are interested in crossfit is to not let people talk you out of it. You do not have to know crossfit to start doing it. Crossfit adapts to you.
