I waited a few minutes and then another person they knew walked in and one of the employees started speaking with him and then went to the back to get him something. ~Rick

I went to Cricket on Sun City and I was very surprised of the excellent customer service I received by the manager Ali and his assistant Nancy. They answer all my questions, helped me choose a new phone and provided me with the plan that I can afford best! They went out of there way to make sure I was happy.
