Not a very long wait at all. Cristian helped me and is very knowledgeable. This is 3 times in a row he has helped me and I wish I could be guaranteed he would help me every time. He knows his stuff and doesn't have to ask anyone else for help. Issue was resolved.

TMobile keeps getting more costly for less service. 16 year customer. Went to store to upgrade phone. Not trade, not swap. Just HMU with a new device and do your paperwork. I’d already backed up data. Even had key for the SIM so I could move it myself. They not only charged a $35 so-called upgrade support fee, but mandated an accessory purchase. Dude literally did nothing but walk to back, get new device, open package. I did everything else. Entire transaction took maybe 15 minutes. Hope he got his participation trophy. It’s not as though I kept him from some big sale since they only had two functioning tablets. This staff would do well selling used appliances, “cream puff” preowned cars, and/or solar panels. 🙄

This begins July 12th I went in recently to replace my old phone mainly because the battery was worn out...which they basically pushed my to get a case and a screen protector because what if... I quickly realized I disliked the new phone very much and my reasons would have to be another conversation but short story long I decided to return the phone.... When I went back the one manager heard all my complaints but pushed my to keep the phone because I had till Tuesday the 26th.... So I decided to just replace the battery in my old phone and Sunday 24th I return the phone and the employee there asked about the case I hadn't bought it figuring it couldn't be returned.... He told me to come the 26th since I didn't have time that day and Monday I have work I do 12 hour shifts.... Well I couldn't return the case because "it's been more then 14 days"..... Having to eat the cost of the case is frustrating but it's $20 I hate losing money but really that's not a big deal ..... But the phone was $1000 and now I feel like he said that so I would have had to keep the phone..... Shady business there and they lie and push.... Horrible experience and I most likely be going to a different location on the future....

Garrett or Gare Bear as his coworkers kept calling him (lol) was awesome and helped me transfer my stuff to my sick new iPhone 13 Pro Max, he kept telling me funny jokes to pass the time. You would think this guy is a standup comedian, his joke about the scorpion and the toad had me in tears! Will be back for Garrett and his cool coworkers

At first, one of the girls tried to help us, but after an hour and a half of waiting, she said that she could not sell us the cell phones because the phones where to show them to the public , she sent us to another store we went to a coorporation in Brandon and they told us that what she said was a lie, terrible service, they should check the workers t mobile everytime worse unfortunate because in general I liked the company of t- mobile the bad it’s the people working for them

I love this store, all the employees are so helpful and attentive. The store is often busy but this is the best T-Mobile in the area and that’s probably why

Walked in and was the only customer in the store. The two employees were on speaker phone working on switching on the employee's own cell phone service. They said they would be right with me. I waited a few minutes and then another person they knew walked in and one of the employees started speaking with him and then went to the back to get him something.

Staff was nice and store was setup nicely, but I checked in and had to wait at least an hour before someone was available to help me. I literally was ready to give them my money and there was just no one ready to take it. The other problem was they tried to give me a Sprint phone telling me that it would work fine. Luckily they could not get it to work but then I had to wait to get my phone mailed to me. Even then until I was thinking about going to a different TMobile store to get my phone did they offer express shipping. Overall not a terrible experience because the lady who helped me was super nice and was able to turn my bad experience around.

Came in today and had wonderful customer service by Danielle. She was patient and called around to numerous stores for us and then ultimately helped us in house with new phones and watches. it was a great experience.
