I was late for my Saturday appointment. The receptionist was cordial and confirmed I could still be seen. (I believe I was directed to a different preparer). Relatively short pleasant wait of about 5 minutes. Seen by an easy-going and friendly professional. I was advised of what to expect including possible changes (my personal tax situation, not standard). I was even able to use my on hand coupon for price discount. Smooth process and I am content with my results. Adequate seating. Easly accessible via walking, driving and public transport. Clean. ~Alyx

2nd visit to this location, after ordering I had a 19 minute wait. Then when I get my 2 blizzards, they are liquid to the point the spoon won’t even stand up in them. Tried calling the restaurant and they just hung up on me. Tried calling back and get a recording they are not accepting messages. Save your $ and get ice cream anywhere else but here. Should have made them flip it over to check it before I drove away. ~Eric

The place was clean and was easy to navigate inside. The wash seems to be very thorough, and the car was squeaky clean after the wash. Vacuums are free and are available while on the way out of the car wash. Microfiber towels and cleaner liquids are available for free. Monthly packages start from $20 per month. One time wash starts from $10 per wash. Good. ~Supun

I was heading to Busch Gardens from Sarasota 2/24/22. When I exited I-75 at Fowler my car started acting up. The engine was skipping and I lost full power. Being a Firestone customer in Sarasota for years I searched for the closest Firestone. I left my car for the day so they could diagnose the issue. They were able to get the parts needed to fix the car and to squeeze me in their busy schedule that day. The crew was great and I was able to drive my car home that night. Sheila and Hector made this experience amazing! We were greeted promptly at the door and were quickly taken care of for our appointment with Hector. He was quick, effective, and very personal with us. He made us feel like we were human and took care of opening an account for us. Overall they had everything I wanted as usual but the produce section needs to step it up. I found this weird white crystal substance covered on ALL of the fresh cilantro. ~Jesse

I’ve had great experiences with this location. The customer service has consistently been strong over the years. Once, a staff member walked through an entire section with me to locate a product. Despite not finding it at the time, he didn’t give up. While I continued to shop he looked and then found me on the other end of the store to give me what I sought. Definitely commendable service! My cashier today was very personable and truly went above and beyond. They really demonstrate the level of service Publix has been known for. ~Elizabeth

Beautiful Publix. Very clean store, every employee working extra hard. The displays were full, the shelves were stocked. Specialty items, and superior customer service. Definitely enjoyed walking around. It was nice to see through the crowded isles, long lines, and busy time of day things were still moving smoothly. ~Megan
