6 Best cell phone store in West Palm Beach, Florida (FL) 2024

Went into the store today to get my wife a new phone. Was told right away that they were short staffed and wouldn't be doing any transfers. Mind you There were 4 employees and store wasn't busy. I said to them that it doesn't take an associate staning over you since it's just a matter of putting old and new phones together to transfer the data. The short haired woman was very rude to us when I mentioned this fact and she and the other associate walked away and very rudely said Have a nice. My wife and I have been with Verizon for 20+ years and never have been talked to like that. We left and went to the store in Wellington instead where we were greeted and treated very well. They had less employees on hand. I will never go to your store again. I will gladly drive out of my way to use the Wellington store instead of West Palm which is literally only a mile from me. My opinion is you have lazy associates that a rude. I suggest a staffing reset. Also I have used the west palm store several times in the past and had no issues. ~Chris

GO TO A DIFFERENT METRO LOCATION!!!!!!!!! These guys are crooks. While porting over I was told over and over again how I would need the monthly insurance added in order for the port to work. Lied to about the prepaid Visa card incentive. I called back this afternoon to take off the $7 monthly insurance and after about 2 minutes on the phone and mentioning I wanted to cancel the insurance he says he can’t hear me well enough and introduces a bunch of static on the other end. I tried calling back 10 times and either no answer or answers with static on the other end. Complete losers at this location. Go elsewhere please ~S

The customer service at this store is top of the line horrible. The spanish manager (can't recall her name) is horrible and has poor leadership. I would drive to another citys Walmart before I go back here and I literally live a fews from this Walmart. ~Family

Just FYI for everyone, YOU CANT PAY YOUR T-MOBILE BILL AT THIS METRO BY “T-MOBILE” store…. Just so the next person doesn’t waste their gas and time trying. ~Teckpb561

Messed me up w sale to a non owner apple watch can't par w iPad they lied. Went rt 80.00 2x uber. Smart watch Samsung defective. Took 6 mo repair in tx. They are sellers gsve me plan at 20 ++ mo that I never authorized. Bet watch as open box becuz charger was dec jan sale post Xmas week ~Amy
