Definitely some kind of disconnect between corporate, management, and frontline employees here. They were super smug, bordering on aggressive, and lack any sort of ability to dial down a situation. I ordered a phone to pick up here. I did this over the phone, which they made me feel stupid for doing. When I came to pick up, they wouldn't release the phone to me because my wife is the account manager. None of this was communicated to me when I ordered, of course. Chase was happy to tell me off when I arrived - he educated me thoroughly on their privacy policy and how he could lose his job by giving me a phone that I ordered. I get it. Privacy is a major issue. I was able to produce 5 points of identification linking me to the account at that moment, but they wouldn't engage that. That is actually understandable. I get it. Where they lose me - The only solution offered by Chase was unreasonable in the moment - the account manager needs to be onsite in person to pick up the order with ID or Social. In a KYC world however, there are a ton of much more reasonable verification solutions to this problem. 'Seeing is Believing' is not exactly a privacy policy... Anyway, I just tried to access my wifes account. I'm not exactly Mr. Robot.... There was only one security question, and well, I'm married to her so I left 2 minutes later with my new phone. Even if they had just said, 'figure it out yourself we can't help you,' that would have been better than how this guy engaged me. What a joke.

Went into the store today to get my wife a new phone. Was told right away that they were short staffed and wouldn't be doing any transfers. Mind you There were 4 employees and store wasn't busy. I said to them that it doesn't take an associate staning over you since it's just a matter of putting old and new phones together to transfer the data. The short haired woman was very rude to us when I mentioned this fact and she and the other associate walked away and very rudely said Have a nice. My wife and I have been with Verizon for 20+ years and never have been talked to like that. We left and went to the store in Wellington instead where we were greeted and treated very well. They had less employees on hand. I will never go to your store again. I will gladly drive out of my way to use the Wellington store instead of West Palm which is literally only a mile from me. My opinion is you have lazy associates that a rude. I suggest a staffing reset. Also I have used the west palm store several times in the past and had no issues.

Raylee took excellent care of me. I needed to add a hot spot and have my insured phone repaired. I had told her I was working on the road so she asked where I would be to have it shipped. For my Hotspot I qualified for a discount that wouldn't go through. She got on the phone. It took a bit but she didn't give up and got it done. Her suggestions and work are saving me a significant amount of money. She deserves a raise!

This is the only Verizon location I can spend hours in just talking to the employees. Everyone treats you with the upmost respect and is always there to help with any questions. Specifically Virginia, who has always been my go-to! Everyone is awesome but she’s my favorite!!

Have been here a couple times but went in today to inquire about buying 2 new phones - potentially on the spot but also was aware that may not be possible if they were super busy. The “greeter” at the door, named Pauly, was the most unfriendly person I have ever met - why they would ever think putting this man as a greeter is beyond me. Told me I would have to wait 3+ hours to speak to someone and when I asked about potentially trading in a phone for the brand new iPhone 13 he replied with “I have no idea it changes every day so they have to type in your serial number.” And treated the entire encounter as this HUGE inconvenience for him. I would never ever go to this store if there are these type of people working. You are in sales and his #1 objective was to say whatever he needed to say to get us out of the store as fast as possible.
