The teller named Gisella was great she was hardworking and always being nice. She listens to my concerns and always does her best to figure it out. She should manager.😊🙂👍 ~John

Awful customer service, my husband and I have been at this branch on two occasions couldn't get an account open. The staff was passing our paperwork from one banker to the next and when we finally talked to someone, he said " I haven't gone to lunch yet" and left us there (mind you person who we had an appointment with, decided to take care of another customer instead of us) We decided to leave and find a bank that is interested in our business. I wouldn't recommend this branch to anyone. ~Elizabeth
