Awful customer service, my husband and I have been at this branch on two occasions couldn't get an account open. The staff was passing our paperwork from one banker to the next and when we finally talked to someone, he said " I haven't gone to lunch yet" and left us there (mind you person who we had an appointment with, decided to take care of another customer instead of us) We decided to leave and find a bank that is interested in our business. I wouldn't recommend this branch to anyone. ~Elizabeth

This is my favorite 7-Eleven. They have an awesome crew from the manager on down. Forget that place with the green logo with the girl on it and those $6 cups on coffee. Beside, your libel to get the cops called on you while waiting for your order. Not here, you make your coffee the way you want and the pots are always fresh. You can even scoop up a sugery donuts and OD in it if you want. They are quite tasty. Besides that the baristas here will actually talk to you as these are everyday people and not the yuppies you run into at that other place. Oh, yeah take advantage of the rewards program. I’ve read the dirty comments, etc. I get that in some managers don’t care. Not here! Besides, I’ve seen people spill stuff and then look around as though one of the employees should be there to clean it up. I can assure you that not all, but some people are just N.A.S.T.Y. Stop in for the best coffee on this side of Winter Garden. You will not be disappointed. ~D.

The pharmacy staff is incompetent, unqualified and beyond slow. I waited over 30 minutes in line and about another 20 minutes because they didn’t know how to input my insurance information. And to top it off, the female pharmacist was beyond rude and disrespectful. She immediately took a hostile attitude with me. You could see the hatred for her job in her eyes. I plan to contact corporate and report her and the entire staff. The worst experience at a pharmacy thanks to the incompetence and rudeness of the pharmacy staff. ~Angie

Great prices, the manager was on top of it and had cars rolling through without hardly a wait. Knowledgeable, and not pushy. 3rd time at this location, with consistently good experience. ~Zachary

Had a great experience with Manager Jonathan. Was beyond honest, FRIENDLY, and took the time to explain things whereas other big chains just dont do. I was referred to his shop from a vendor and hopefully passing along this referral. In the least compare his estimate to your others. While I was there I observed him help a stranded motorist who literally idled in and left free of charge! Great job Jonathan ~Adam

My work had brought me to Traywick's, and my interactions with staff had been very personable and professional. As a new resident to Winter Garden, I was looking for a good "neighborhood" type garage where I know I can drop my personal vehicle(s) off and trust the work performed...and get a friendly smile as well, knowing that knowledgeable staff are keeping my car, and ultimately me, safe. So I brought my car in today for oil change and waited for it. I wasn't spending $$thousands...but staff made me feel welcome, they checked my car on some things that I already knew about(so I know they were doing their jobs)...and they offered me drinks and coffee...and checked on me as I waited as well. I felt like I was an important customer and lately, that feeling is hard to come by!! The service was prompt, they checked on items I had asked for, and explained the service performed. And the final cost? Very good! I left knowing that I had found the "neighborhood" garage that i was looking for, in those times when my vehicle needs trustworthy maintenance, I know that I will get honest work and service, and a friendly smile and a coffee too!! I go to this location all of the time and have never had a problem. The employees have always been fine, but I’m not expecting them to make a drop off a magical experience. The other members of my family have also gone to this location with no problems. That said - I have had *many* issues with the local USPS. If you’re using the UPS store as a USPS drop off and have issues with packages going missing, please submit complaints with them. I was dropping off packages at the actual USPS location and so many packages went missing that my employer banned me from using them. ~Mandy

Better selection than expected in all areas. Went with a friend who was looking for comfortable sandals. She found three pairs. We both found d queen size sheets with deep pockets at great prices. Definitely would recommend if you're looking for something at a reasonable price. ~Sharon
