Needed medication, checked times on webpage and Google - said open to midnight. Had my Dr send the script. Arrived at 1045 at night and the Pharmacy was closed. Talked to store manager he said they lost power the day before and thinks it reset their hours. WHAT? how would that change your webpage and google? Lost my business.

Pharmacy staff is rude and not helpful! Asking questions leads to eye rolls from the employees, they clearly hate their job! This has been my usual pharmacy for years but I no longer recognize any of the pharmacy employees. There seems to be a fairly new staff, including the pharmacist, and I have had issues with every rx and ever since the new employees started.

The pharmacist here is extremely rude and disrespectful. I called and spoke with the pharmacist yesterday in the afternoon. As a patient she did not allow me to talk she was talking over me and being nasty and she hanged up the phone on me which was wrong of her to do. You don’t hang up a phone call on your patient. A pharmacist has a job to do and that’s to help their patients with their prescriptions and problems. My doctor send my prescription here and the pharmacist always giving me the wrong prescription. They never give me the prescription my doctor prescribed for me. That’s not how a pharmacy should treat their patient. The pharmacist here never treat me with respect. The pharmacist here is not expedite with their job and they don’t care. This is so sad because as a patient they never cared to listened and help my needs. The people who works in the pharmacy are so uncivil and immature. They are not qualified to work as a pharmacist from the nasty attitude. I was very hurt from the way the pharmacist treated me yesterday and hanged up the phone. It was wrong.

The pharmacy staff is incompetent, unqualified and beyond slow. I waited over 30 minutes in line and about another 20 minutes because they didn’t know how to input my insurance information. And to top it off, the female pharmacist was beyond rude and disrespectful. She immediately took a hostile attitude with me. You could see the hatred for her job in her eyes. I plan to contact corporate and report her and the entire staff. The worst experience at a pharmacy thanks to the incompetence and rudeness of the pharmacy staff.

Let's just say that not ALL of the pharmacy staff at this location are nice. Some roll their eyes and sigh out loud whe they're frustrated with you. So sorry to bother you!

What GREAT management! Whenever I walk in there, the manager: "Hi welcome back!" ... there was a period of a several weeks I had not been to the store and when I did come back after a while Joe (the mgr) stated "Good to see you again but we haven't seen you in a while!" What amazing attention this manager has, always so helpful with everything. I love this Winter Garden location! This is what our city is about!

This pharmacy is awful and doesn’t care about their patients. Called to get a prescription filed before leaving state, they said they had it and it would be ready in an hour. I drive there just to be told they are out of it. They never bothered calling me and letting me know BEFORE driving there that they were out, they just said nothing and wasted my time. They couldn’t careless either. Basically said not our problem. Never shopping here again, learn how to act like you care.

We stopped on our way to Walmart to drop off a TV table top box to be returned to Spectrum via FedEx, using the prepaid label Spectrum provided. This was expected to be a quick in and out, but when my wife got inside she found only 2 clerks trying to do EVERYTHING and long lines of upset customers waiting. It took about 30 minutes to do what should have taken 5 minutes if Walgreens had the proper staffing.
