Best mechanic experience I’ve ever had. 4 hours into a 17 hour move with all our belongings, our tire starts giving us death wobbles. By the grace of God, we stop at this place (all surrounding places had a 2 hour wait). Sham immediately saw the issue, recommended new back tires because of the warp. John rushed out to pick up the tires and had us back on the road an hour later. Saved our trip and sanity. Actually can’t thank them enough. Service: Tires

I had visited an Ocala location years ago with a different vehicle and never got an invoice this high. These items were not discussed and okayed with us before we were handed the bill. We were not greeted immediately like the other 6 cars were that arrived after us, and when he did speak to us it felt felt condescending and rushed. My car was serviced today by Mr. John Woodward and mechanic Shameem. Both were extremely thorough and explained what was needed and why it was needed. I’ve always tried to take care of my car and feel good about going there and will certainly return in the future. I had an oil change, brake fluid flush and replacement and power steering flush and replacement and was in and out in about 25 minutes. I was very surprised to get in and out that quickly on a Saturday. They also accept coupons if you have downloaded any form the Jiffy Lube website. Great work. Thank you!
