My work had brought me to Traywick's, and my interactions with staff had been very personable and professional. As a new resident to Winter Garden, I was looking for a good "neighborhood" type garage where I know I can drop my personal vehicle(s) off and trust the work performed...and get a friendly smile as well, knowing that knowledgeable staff are keeping my car, and ultimately me, safe. So I brought my car in today for oil change and waited for it. I wasn't spending $$thousands...but staff made me feel welcome, they checked my car on some things that I already knew about(so I know they were doing their jobs)...and they offered me drinks and coffee...and checked on me as I waited as well. I felt like I was an important customer and lately, that feeling is hard to come by!! The service was prompt, they checked on items I had asked for, and explained the service performed. And the final cost? Very good! I left knowing that I had found the "neighborhood" garage that i was looking for, in those times when my vehicle needs trustworthy maintenance, I know that I will get honest work and service, and a friendly smile and a coffee too!! Took my vehicle here after my car shut off mid driving and he informed me my engine blew .He suggested I take it to the dealership to see if there is a recall , which I did and ended up getting my engine replaced due to a recall . Furthermore, they washed my car and kept my car dry by keeping it in the garage during a PM thunderstorm. Woke up with a right rear passenger side flat tire. Went to Traywick"s tire,s to have it repaired. And why I was there , had them look at the driver back tire to see why it kept losing air about every 3 days. The receptionist was wonderful. Told me approximately how long it would take to fix both tires. They were so wonderful they took off both tires check them both found one screw and One nail in the other they were so polite and so friendly and it didn't even take 20 minutes they fixed the two tires . The price was reasonable for both cars it was fantastic. I have not had any problem with air going out of my tires since then they do all kinds of work oil changes , new tires , used tires. I will be back and hopefully other people will see that you are just a wonderful place to have your vehicle worked on thank you very much for the kindness that you have shown

I had been to several places and Traywick's without a doubt was the most friendly, the most cooperative and teemed with confident capabilities. The shop itself exudes quality and service. It's immaculate, it's organized and they have topshelf mechanics working there. John, the manager couldn't have been more helpful. He told me the truth about the possibilities for my truck and then he went WAY OUT OF HIS WAY to work on the best, lowest cost, reliable solution to repair my truck. He was PHENOMENAL and reliable. He ALWAYS called me back and he really cared. In the end game, I ended up deciding to sell my truck ("as is") and I didn't need Traywick's services. But that makes them and this review all the more impactful. They treated me like a million dollars even tough I turned out not to be a customer. NOW THAT'S INTEGRITY.

Took my daughter’s car to the dealer who assessed that I needed struts and shocks replaced and was asking for an exorbitant amount of money to do the repairs. I called John at Traywick’s and he quoted me a price for the same repairs that was $1000 less than what the dealer was asking. I dropped the car off and got a call from John saying the grinding noise coming from the front end had nothing do so with the suspension but more to do with some poor workmanship at the last tire balancing. We ended up replacing sway bars as precautionary measure and rebalancing tires. Total cost of repairs was in neighborhood of $200 plus versus $1500 plus dealer was asking. The honesty was very appreciated and my daughter’s car will never go elsewhere. I will likely start bringing my truck for service as well. Service: Steering & suspension repair

I dropped the car off and got a call from John saying the grinding noise coming from the front end had nothing do so with the suspension but more to do with some poor workmanship at the last tire balancing. We ended up replacing sway bars as precautionary measure and rebalancing tires. Total cost of repairs was in neighborhood of $200 plus versus $1500 plus dealer was asking. The honesty was very appreciated and my daughter’s car will never go elsewhere. I will likely start bringing my truck for service as well. Service: Steering & suspension repair

Took my daughter’s car to the dealer who assessed that I needed struts and shocks replaced and was asking for an exorbitant amount of money to do the repairs. I called John at Traywick’s and he quoted me a price for the same repairs that was $1000 less than what the dealer was asking.
