I have been a big supporter of Publix since they came to Chapel Hill. The produce is fresh and everything is well stocked. Most employees will go out of their way to help a customer. Recently this wasn't the case and I was treated poorly by a manager there. There's listening and then there's having your mind made up before you listen. So sad and yes I may be driving up the road to Kroger a bit more often. Loyalty works both ways and they certainly lost my trust. Treat customers better. This was one of the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. ~Patricia
