Extremely good service, diagnosed a loose under carriage that made horrible sound like a broken wheel bearing. Also they replaced a broken hood latch release cable and hood arm. They have quick and friendly service. And honest prices. Services: Body & Trim, General repairs & maintenance ~Sariputra

Technician was running late, but did call to say he was on his way. I was not home, my 93 y.o. mother was home. Came home, she told me the dryer was not repaired; tech said it was the house outlet/wiring. Tech said the outlet was showing 120 not 240. Was charged over $120 for diagnostic and fuel cost. Called the certified electrician who had rewired the house 5 years ago. He came out, checked the outlet, wiring, and breaker box: everything was in working order. Cost of electrician inspection, $125. The problem is the dryer, which is still not working. (I suspect the 3 prong cord needs to be replaced.) The electrician is very well known and reputable. Something is wrong with Sears tech or his equipment. Sears owes me a refund or needs to come out and fix the dryer minus diagnostic fee (which was inaccurate). Most of the complaints here seem to center on the pharmacy. I never had any problem with the pharmacy. I also never met a rude worker; in fact, they are all very helpful. Maybe, at the beginning of the pandemic, there were more problems, but I never personally encountered any. I like their online service best. They pack your items for you to pick up. Their sales are phenomenal if you are a member. Their prices are good even if you are not. Their in-store stock is smaller than CVS (Longs), but that means less distance to cover to see if what you want is in stock, too. ~Sherrill
