I like shopping at Walgreens, they have great sales and the pharmacy department does an excellent job filling my prescriptions and providing various types of shots like COVID boosters etc…

Most of the complaints here seem to center on the pharmacy. I never had any problem with the pharmacy. I also never met a rude worker; in fact, they are all very helpful. Maybe, at the beginning of the pandemic, there were more problems, but I never personally encountered any. I like their online service best. They pack your items for you to pick up. Their sales are phenomenal if you are a member. Their prices are good even if you are not. Their in-store stock is smaller than CVS (Longs), but that means less distance to cover to see if what you want is in stock, too.

I went to this place with an eye infection that was so bad the eye was swollen shut. First they debated cash (they wanted my credit card) as payment and then refused to treat me because I could not find my ID. They told me it’s illegal to help me without an ID.That is a complete lie. Why does a cash paying patient need ID to be treated for a infection? These people are unethical liars and a disgrace to the medical profession. I am a retired RN with 35 years of service in an ER . I went to Castle hospital and they had no problem taking care of everything. Minute Clinic is disgusting.

Why did the website indicate your store had nine (9) Oximeters in stock when you have ZERO in stock. Either your management or your inventory software needs to be improved. I drove 12 miles for nothing! I did find one at CVS/Long's in the same shopping center.

Pharmacy is slow. I think I should change my mom's scripts to Longs. Update 8/06/2021 4 cars in line. So I go into store, 3 people in line. 4 walgreens employees working. Only 1 at counter. Poor customer service.

Rude staff and products not ready. I went in the evening to pick up a photo order and it wasn’t ready. Even though, I got an email hours before saying it be ready for pick up around the afternoon. When we called the store and walked in, the lady at the counter was rude. She was unapologetic and had no sympathy for the time strain it put us in by not having it ready. Will not be going there after this.

Went for a box of gloves that it showed in stock that i was unable to purchase online. Price showed online $7.49. When I went to the register, it scanned at $24.99 same box of gloves. I asked to see a manager and was told the price difference was too extreme they couldn't give it to me at the posted cost on their own website and that it was because the location was Hawaii. I returned the box of gloves. Talk about false advertisement.

They are the most unfriendly staff & to fill a prescription takes so long. It wasn’t even busy. The only reason why I went here & not CVS is because CVS didn’t have my meds in stock. The pharmacist moves like a sloth & the staff behind the desk are snickety like you’re bothering them. They took so long & no wonder no one is in the store because their services suck.

I waited a long time in line at the pharmacy and I finally was at the front and they called for a customer that was waiting. I let them go first since they were waiting longer. But when it was finally time to help me. The girl just went into the back and didn’t even help me. She made me wait even longer when I told her all I wanted was an over the counter.

Avoid this place. Im furious. My family of four had $40 dollars worth of products on the counter waiting for a cashier to check us out and 2 overweight men who worked behind the counter were literally engaging in casual conversation with each other while looking directly at us. We stood there in disbelief for 17 minutes. We just left the items on the counter and walked out. We will never go back there. I will help them out, if they dont want money, I wont give it to them.
