They overlooked important documents that I provided. When I sat down with the gal to finish my return she handed me back some paperwork and asked me if I wanted her to shred them. They turned out to be an important part of my return, and increased my refund significantly. I’m just glad I caught their error before it was too late. Otherwise my experience was positive ~jim

Worst Costumer service from Peter at The Costumer Service Counter. Went in to get new Velcro straps for my iPass. I greeted Peter and asked for help, he started making smart comments threw the straps on the table and told me to get out of his store. Very uncomfortable approach from him, you would think Costumer Service Counter is there to help and not make customers feel like a bother. ~Jose

This Doughballs Pizza place is just perfect! I very much recommend going in here and try their mouth-watering foods. The ambiance of the place is amazing and the vibe they have is wonderful. It sets up my mood every time I come here. Their service is also phenomenal. Their staff are friendly, professional, patient, kind, polite, cooperative and well trained. they would really talk to you properly and help you with the menu’s, even regarding about the place. I would always order their chicken wings which I prefer spicier, burritos, pizza of course and mac and cheese. Their pizza has a very nice crust and it has the perfect combination of soft and crispy. I also love their amazing size portion and their deal is top notch. Would definitely recommend those. Thank you for the wonderful experience every time I go here guys! Keep up the great work! Kudos! Our favorite place to get a little taste of Brazilian cuisine. This place is a hidden "gem" in downtown Aurora. If you know a little Portuguese it's even more fun... if you don't they'll teach you! Its good food we didn't know we would enjoy so much. 🙂👍 ~Jeff

I love a place that you can go that's nice and clean. The bathroom was in order. The floors was clean, it was brightly lit. And the customer service was very professional. Of course the gas is high. But that don't have anything to do with the establishment. I am talking about the gas station itself. Of course you say it's a gas station. It's not a gas station it is a business. That's dealing with customers. Your first priority should be for your customer. That's how the company makes money. The manager at this gas station teachers the employees. Great cleaning, a coordination, and sanitation. Keep up the great work. ~Ahktal

I walk into 1,000’s of customer service orientated businesses a year. John was spectacular at his job. He was extremely knowledge about Sperry’s shoe lines and the history behind each shoe. He even dived into stories when I was taking forever to decide what I wanted #tourdefrance We ended up walking out with 2 pairs because of his assistance during the entire shopping experience John deserves a promotion ~Dylan

Hehe, I usually stop in while the family shops and I feel bad for the staff that work there. They seem pretty miserable and don't really interact with customers unless they ring you out. I've been to other GameStop and usually get greet you and this opens up the dialogue to help with finding a game or let me know upcoming titles and preorder goods. Video game inventory is pretty poor. Can't say I recommend stopping in unless you need to kill time and that's up for debate. ~Adurtka
