I will definitely be renting cars again from here in the future if Im ever In Illinois visiting family! The process was so easy from booking online to picking up the car and paperwork to dropping off the car. The staff was incredibly friendly! The car was very nice. 2020 Nissan kicks. Can’t beat that! Never Going Back, I've lived in this town a long time, this gas station has never been anything to write home about. It is almost always dirty and they don't seem to ever have enough people working to make the place run smoothly. half the time there will be a line of 30 people and half of them will be asking for your spare change to buy the beer they knew they didn't have enough money for. The icing on the cake is that someone stole my phone out of my pocket while I was in line yesterday. while this is not the gas stations fault, it does speak to the type of people that are in there and frequent this establishment. I will avoid this place at all costs from now on and you should too. ~Bryan

Shelves seem well stocked and this location comes in handy instead of going to a bigger box store. Quick in and out with over the counter medicine, dairy, snacks, household products, gift cards and greeting cards. Polite, courteous staff. Conveniently located just off Main Street. ~Gary

Got a pizza burger from another restaurant in Normal, IL ( HATED IT!!!! ). Next day I came to LaGondola Spaghetti House and ordered the same sandwich and Loved LaGondola's. I have photos of the sandwiches and you can see the Big difference in the preparation. LaGondola's sandwich is cheesier and saucy. THANKS I'LL BE BACK W/Friends. ~DeWitt

Door hit me in the face and they failed to address the malfunctioning door for over 20 minutes. That could have seriously injured a kid and they offer me nothing, not even a gift card after getting a concussion and informing them to open the door! ~Marcus

We were there with family for a celebration of life. The food was wonderful the atmosphere was great! But the best part was our awesome waitress Whitney (Drew Barrymore look a like) she made our night! I am still talking about her to my family! It’s been years since I have had a waitress with such an awesome attitude,smile,humor and service. Would go back there just to have her as our server! ~Connie

Excellent customer service, and not a bad selection of products! There were definitely quite a few areas with sold out merchandise or only one or two items left, which is why I rated 4 stars instead of 5, but this is a transitional time between holidays and seasons, so that may have something to do with it. I had to make a return during my trip today, and the only issue was the receipt printer had been low on ink apparently, so one digit was missing from my receipt's number. The cashier was very patient though, and with a bit of time and guesswork, she figured it out! Overall, I would recommend this location, especially when it's fully stocked. The workers are friendly and helpful, and the prices are always very good. ~Rachel

Worst pharmacy in town. Staff is always grumpy and rude. Prescriptions are not ready when they say they should be. Weekend hours also suck. Switching to a new pharmacy. ~Aaron
