Bad work done unprofessionally. I took two bracelets in to be repaired, one with the broken link and one with a broken clasp. Got both fixed. The broken link rebroke the first time I wore it; got that first again. The replacement clasp basically fell to pieces after a week. When I took it in, I asked for the strongest clasp they had. When I went to pick it up, he tried to charge me $20, the same amount that he would charge even if I had not already paid $10 for the clasp that broke. I offered to pay the difference, but he just went on about the clasps being different, and finally said that he had no way of knowing if *I* had broken the clasp, so his "90 guarantee" just didn't apply. He put another of the cheaper clasps on, threw it at me, and told me to get out of his store. Which I did, and won't be darkening his doorstep again. ETA: The repaired link on the second bracelet broke the second time I wore it. ~Lucy
