Bad work done unprofessionally. I took two bracelets in to be repaired, one with the broken link and one with a broken clasp. Got both fixed. The broken link rebroke the first time I wore it; got that first again. The replacement clasp basically fell to pieces after a week. When I took it in, I asked for the strongest clasp they had. When I went to pick it up, he tried to charge me $20, the same amount that he would charge even if I had not already paid $10 for the clasp that broke. I offered to pay the difference, but he just went on about the clasps being different, and finally said that he had no way of knowing if *I* had broken the clasp, so his "90 guarantee" just didn't apply. He put another of the cheaper clasps on, threw it at me, and told me to get out of his store. Which I did, and won't be darkening his doorstep again. ETA: The repaired link on the second bracelet broke the second time I wore it.

I took a ring here to have a stone setting repaired. The owner was very friendly with fair prices and quick service but the ring was returned in damaged condition. A part of the setting is now missing and the stone was put back with glue. Be careful - for more potentially complex repairs the extra time and money elsewhere might be a better option.

we got our rings resized there within 1 hour. rate is affordable, but more importantly, the work is done very efficiently. the owner is friendly and he also cleaned up the my ring afterwards. we support local small businesses.

Repaired a ring that had to be cut to remove off my finger and needed resized- it looks brand new and couldn’t tell it was ever in pieces! Also resized a ring (I was previously told from a different company) could not be resized. Both were done in 1 hour, and were also polished to look brand new! Super quick, super affordable! Will come back for any future needs and would highly recommend!!

Came in for a battery replacement for my watch. The owner was very nice and quick. A few days later I noticed one of the numbers on the face had come off and was stuck on the hands. Went back in and he fixed it within minutes for no charge.

My man does great work took 2 rings to get sized down from size 8 down to size 6....the price was very reasonable and he only took an hour to finish my request....he's very professional and efficient....I will always take my jewelry here in the future if I ever need a repair or sizing....

I visited this place to adjust my bracelet. Zenith has screw bracelet, which needs special tool and its somewhat hard not to make scratches. Anyway he did it in a minute without any scratches for nice price. He seems like a nice guy with a nice smile as well :)
