The Hispanic female working the front counter with bleached hair is rude and seems unhappy to help customers. I came in to pick up my hold mail, and she stated that there wasn’t any mail on hold for me at my address. I asked what I can do as I no longer live at the address I had the mail on hold for. Luckily, I have the post masters direct phone number. When I asked for it, she said “you can just call the 800 number on the website.” After that, I read back the phone number to verify and she looked at me and just gave me a dry “uh huh.” For someone being paid by tax dollars and with great government benefits, she is extremely u happy with her job. ~Ana
