Best beauty supply store in McHenry, Illinois (IL) 2024

This is by far the worst customer services Walgreens in the McHenry area. They DO NOT answer their phones. When it rings, they pick it up and then put you right back on hold. Today after 25 minutes they FINALLY answered. When I questioned why this always happens the girl simply said" we have like 10 people on hold" I instructed her though when you pick up the phone before putting somebody back on hold for a fifth or sixth time you might want to just take five seconds to say to the customer I apologize but we need to put you back on hold. Her exact words were yeah we don't have time for that, so that shows if they don't have 5 seconds to acknowledge their customer that there is a complete lack of customer service training at this location and this is been a chronic problem for the last year and a half.🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️😡😡 ~Matthew
