Best bathroom supply store in Peru, Illinois (IL) 2024

I bought a new microwave from this store. The delivery installer that came damaged my cabinets, the wall, my granite countertop and the new microwave. My wife heard them damage it. When I confronted him he tried to get me to sign off on it. Then I made him remove the new damaged microwave. He got upset, left all the drilled wood shavings everywhere, grabbed the microwave and ran out the door before I could get pictures or even confront him futher. I should called the police. I discovered the chipped coutertop after I cleaned the mess from the granite. I had to be on the phone for at least 2 hours. They have to send out an adjuster for the damage assessment to my house. Home Depot is not covering this themselves. I will never buy another product from them. I spoke with the store manager Sonny and all he said he would do is place another claim. I'm very upset to say the least. Do not buy any applience from this store. ~Sean
