ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!! Went there for my birthday party and as I am immune suppressed (very) and they made every effort to keep me and 6 others in my party away from others. They have excellent food, excellent cakes, an excellent waitress as well as an excellent manager. The outfits they wear are extremely cute, decor is on point and we enjoyed everything that came to our table. We had a family of seven and you would think we had a table for one the way that they served us (as in quickness and didn't miss a beat). We had a child with food allergies and the chef's were very attentive to that. Although one thing was unfortunately missed they immediately corrected it. Their regular food is absolutely amazing as well as the appetizers. I would highly recommend this place. It was my first time coming there and definitely not my last!!!! Thank you so much for everything you did!!!! This is definitely a place that a little girl would enjoy as well as an adult. You definitely wouldn't be disappointed!!!! Tried (pick up) the Italian Deli Boat. Smelled 'funny' in the box. Tasted worse. 70% undercooked bread wrap, 20% veggies, 10% thin slices of 'ham' or whatever. Threw away half of the order. I only leave comments on very good experiences or exceptionally bad. This qualifies for the latter. I have had decent pizza from this location. Obviously something has changed in the past few months. ~Bradford

Capstone is such a gift to the community! Not only do they have a wide variety on their menu for drinks, they also serve food! Both breakfast & lunch, they are both tasty! I really love how much seating the cafe offers. For sure worth a stop in if you’re in the area! ~Caroline

I have been to other PT places for a variety of things over the years. The last place I went to for this same issue didn’t help me at all. Kaushal has not only helped me significantly, but he’s truly a great person to work with. He challenges me toward improvement and makes me feel very comfortable. I have been incredibly impressed with his knowledge and his drive to get me walking properly again. I would highly recommend him to anyone! ~Aimée

The staff are extremely negligent of the decorum of communication with clients. Extremely unprofessional and violate all forms of standards when asking for sensitive personal information NOT in a private setting!!!! Almost made me feel like I should discontinue giving them my business. ~Anuya

I was calling to see if they offer cash-out refinancing. First it took me 10 min to navigate their automated phone system until I got a live person. She immediately ask me for my ssn. I told her that I first wanted to know if they offer cash-out refinancing. She asked me if that was some sorta Auto loan. I in turn ask if I had reached the mortgage department and she hung up on me. Nice customer service PNC. ~T
